Cold food from drive thru

The lady who took our order didn't understand us, I asked her for a fudge sundae with extra nuts and extra fudge. So, once I got to the window, I said what happened to the nuts, she stated oh we don't sell them. I politely asked for my money back and thought if she didn't understand why didn't she ask me to repeat it? So, anyway, I left with nothing.

The food is fine for a McDonald's, this location is just not up to par. Nearly every order, either delivery or drive through, misses items. Go to a different McDonald's.

Loved the Christmas decorations. Hated the attitude I received from all the employees I spoke to. Simple mobile order abd they couldn't get it right.

I went to eat with my family at 9:30 at night and the employees treated me extremely badly, they didn't give me my order correctly, they even turned off the light so I could leave the lobby.

This McDonald’s is quick, efficient, and consistent in taste, which is great. However, the staff often seem checked out and not very friendly, just focused on getting the job done. While there’s nothing wrong with that, the lack of warmth makes the experience less enjoyable. I’d rather drive a bit further to the McDonald’s by I-35, where the service feels more welcoming and engaging.

Check your drinks... I've found hair on more than just a few occasions. Today my coffee had a long black hair in it. 2 weeks ago, my tea had the same. So check your drinks and food.

Yall got my whole order wrong im lactose free and cant have sugar and yall had cream and sugar in my black coffee. And every sunday that i go there is a black male employee in drive thur window who has zero manners he will literally say nothing to you he takes your card and even if you say thank you he wont say anything. Fix yalls employees it was def his fault today too.
