I went to the drive thru and i had asked for chicken nuggets meal and they gave me cold chicken nuggets and fries and didn’t give me any sauce after i had ordered multiple sauces then their Dr Pepper was extremely water downed and when I asked for a different one they rolled their eyes at me,it was 2 Hispanic looking females that had such bad service and didn’t even say thank you or anything

I hate coming to this location because they always mess up my order even if it’s for one or two items! When I use the app when I’m at work it automatically changes the address to this location for pickup no matter how many times I change it to another location but good luck getting them to cancel it or change it because they never answer their phones! This place is a joke and needs new management.

It's one of the fastest McDonald's drive-through restaurants we've ever been to. The food was hot and fresh.
I hate the pay kiosk self serve. I pushed the button for sweet tea and they handed me tea with lemonade, I said that's not what I ordered, they argued with me that it was. I don't feel it's the employees duty to argue with a customer and having a bad attitude too.... I will never go to that McDonald's ever again.

Ummm... just don't go here. You have been warned. It's absolutely comical and truly so so sad how many times we've received the incorrect order. It's been every single time. So obviously we stopped going. And we only went every so often because our kids enjoy their breakfast. Extremely poorly ran.

Went today to the drive thru as a delivery coz the door upfront was blocked so was assuming the lobby was closed. Waited on line and and this freaking lady Maria still wanted me to come in. Told her if she could just hand it to me one time she kept saying "no" and just shut the drive thru window on me. Thats just so stupid of her that she couldnt just hand me the order just for that one time after spending some time on the drive thru. Just plain stupid lady with an attitude!!

i would think that thirty minutes of me waiting in the drive-thru would guarantee that my burger has the tomatoes i paid for on it. (i was fine with waiting, but not with having to go back afterwards) i drove all the way back to have my burger fixed, and they STILL got it wrong after i repeatedly said which items i ordered (and i have proof and gave the original sandwich back) after an hour of getting mcdonald’s my burger is finally made correctly, not before two drives back and a ton of inconveniences. i’m just so tired, i had gotten off of work and just wanted my burger :(
