I went through the drive through and when asked which side I wanted, I said I did not want one. The cashier suggested that I ordered the entree as a side one, which I did, saving me about $5 (much appreciated).
I recently used Panda Express for a catering event, and it was a huge hit! The food was hot, and fresh, and everyone loved the variety. The sweet and sour chicken, orange chicken, and fried rice were particularly popular! The portions were generous, and the presentation was neat. Plus, the staff was friendly and easy to work with from start to finish. I went through the drive thru at 9:40pm. There were more people in front of me. Waited 5 minutes for the person to come on through the intercom to say "thank you for choosing panda express, we are currently out of food" i was shocked and drove off. I'm not sure how they work with food prep and everything but you still have 20 more minutes until you close, you still prepare more food during hours of operation or offer limited items.
