Papa Johns Pizza

We ordered pizza for family and live 6-8 mins away from the store. It took an hour and 17 mins to get to us…pizzas were cold and awful. Poor customer service. Won’t be returning. Sad as kids liked Papa John’s.

Placed my order 9:42. Of course being delivered by DoorDash per usual. Get told it’s here never arrived at my doorstep. Called then at 10:11 they said they’ll remake it and send a new one to us in 10 minutes. It is now 11:13... No food still. Poor service. Never ordering again.

I put one star on the pizza. Papa John’s has always been my number one pizza place for our family. Great crust, sweet sauce, and toppings. The pizza I got yesterday I’m not even sure had sauce but didn’t taste like the pizza I’ve ever ate in the past. Changed my opinion totally. I’m new to the area and will not be going back.

They couldn’t handle a 10 pizza order for a birthday party. Pretty lame.

Ordered 2 pizzas online at 9:50 pm. In about couple of mins got an email that could not reach by phone and the order was canceled. Did not receive any call but a blatant excuse

Do not order from this location. They left a giant piece of plastic in the pizza. Ridiculous that this would even pass. The manager couldn't even apologize on the phone. Now we have to go to the doctor because it cut a throat.

I placed a ordered 3 days in advance for my daughters birthday party, june 22nd pick up time at 2:45pm, I go to pick up my orders and the gentleman said he was running behind and nothing was ready, this was at 2:40, my daughters party was at 3.. Very unprofessional place, rude service.. Will never order from any papa John’s again!!

Papa John’s solely outsources delivery to Doorfash and there is a delivery issue EVERY TIME.

We've been ordering from this papajohns for 8 years. The last 3 orders have had no sauce on the pizza and about half the cheese that we would normally get. We will no longer be ordering from papajohns.

The Asst. Mgr. “CAT” was very wonderful and grade A+ customer service! She said she’s normally at the Lewisville Main Street location. So definitely will have to order from that location also! It’s nice to leave out of a place with a smile in your face. ?

Very disappointed in P.J.'s for outsourcing their delivery drivers to Doordash or Uber eats. I use to be a driver and now they have done away with that position.

Unfortunately, papa John’s thinks doordash is the same thing as a quality delivery driver, so they’ve permanently lost my delivery business.

I had left good reviews in the past about this place I made an online order had my wife pick it while she was nearby all she had was the order number and nobody make sure that she got everything that was in the order ended up having to go back to pick up the rest of the stuff that explains you 3
