Papa Johns Pizza

We've been ordering from this papajohns for 8 years. The last 3 orders have had no sauce on the pizza and about half the cheese that we would normally get. We will no longer be ordering from papajohns.

The Asst. Mgr. “CAT” was very wonderful and grade A+ customer service! She said she’s normally at the Lewisville Main Street location. So definitely will have to order from that location also! It’s nice to leave out of a place with a smile in your face. ?

Very disappointed in P.J.'s for outsourcing their delivery drivers to Doordash or Uber eats. I use to be a driver and now they have done away with that position.

Unfortunately, papa John’s thinks doordash is the same thing as a quality delivery driver, so they’ve permanently lost my delivery business.

I had left good reviews in the past about this place I made an online order had my wife pick it while she was nearby all she had was the order number and nobody make sure that she got everything that was in the order ended up having to go back to pick up the rest of the stuff that explains you 3

Pizza is mediocre and sometimes center of crust has been so thin that it has holes. My biggest complaint is trying to order via phone. Get sent to someone in a far away land with a language barrier and it is a long, painful process to order a single pizza. I wish to pay with card at pickup but was told if paying card I would need to pay over phone. 12 minutes into call I was already at store and she finally submitted the order with another 25 minute ready time. Last time coming here.

II just ordered two pizzas and one Pepsi and the dasher only handed me the pizzas, he said the papa John’s guy didn’t give him any beverages even though I paid for it. ??

First time at this location, 2 L, 1 XL Pizzas came out great. Just need to follow through on the pizza cuts. One side was cut well, but the other end you can tell they lift up on the blade before the crust.

We were out and dropped by.

Spent $30 for an XL New York style with 2 toppings. The topings were so scarce that some slices had like 2 pepperoni. And there were only 8 slices.Won't be going here again. Not worth it.
