Had to ask twice for our food, appetizer and the ramen. Ramen was awful. Spicy salmon sushi was too “fishy” tasting, steak was very bland. Staff was nice but very forgetful. First and last time.

Always serves quality food. My favorite is Kimchi Ramen. It's a small eatery with limited seating.Atmosphere could do with a little makeover but it does the job.

This used to be one of my favorite ramen restaurants; but lately their service has fallen off. I ordered the takoyaki appetizer and it came frozen! I don’t mind reheated frozen food, but I don’t want to eat it frozen! I also asked for the heart attack but was given an avocado appetizer. The waitress brought the appetizers and immediately left without asking if everything is alright. My noodles had also been cut, I never asked them to be cut so I don’t know why they did that. I also asked for the spicy chili sauce and I never got it. They also forgot to give me a spoon. I also wanted a to go box but I never got the chance because my waitress never came back until I had to pay the check. And the cherry on top, I use the Fetch app to scan my receipts so imagine my surprise when I scan my receipt later that night and somebody had already scanned it, I’m assuming my waitress! I’m never coming back.

First time here. We had the Takoyaki app. It was a fried, crispy outside with a soft savory center with diced octopus inside. We also ordered Ramen and sweet/spicy chicken. It was all very good. Want to try their hibachi dishes next

Family had dinner this week at Ramen Mura. Service was great and ambiance was great. We should have gone with ramen but instead tried their yummy chicken (teriyaki hibachi plate) and sushi sampler, and house salad to start. House salad is big enough to share and dressing was quite good (ask for plates). Yummy chicken was good - I really like the flavor of the fried rice and that it did not have egg stirred into it. Sushi was disappointing- maybe not their wheel house or caught them on an off day. I will be back to try the ramen and will update review.

Amazing little find! I had such a hard time trying to decide what to eat! The Mura hand roll was AMAZING! The lunch bento box was significantly larger than expected. I ordered the chicken bento. The seasoning on the chicken was inconsistent as some pieces were very salt while others were underseasoned. Only a 4 for service because waitress spent several minutes talking to wait staff while I had no water. Only 4 on atmosphere because it was very dark and they have something resembling a sushi bar but it goes straight into a wall. 100% will consider coming here again if I'm in the area.

The food and service is so so good here. It is a small place with loads of delicious food. You can never go wrong with anything ordered here, probably one of the best places in DFW. My personal favorite is Tonkotsu ramen and chicken cutlet.

Solid Ramen restaurant ? ? authentic ramen atmosphere, menu has all your favorites! Even a vegitarian version which looked delicious and my wife said it was yummiest she has had recently. I had the shoyu and I think this was one of my favorites. Chicken was marinated and had a nice sweet umami taste. Broth was perfect, not salty. Noodles where nice and chewy, hot but the right temperature to start slurping. They also have other menu items including some rice bowls ? and sushi ? ? the staff were super friendly and made the experience even better. The fact that this place is right here in Flower mound means I don't have to drive all the way to downtown Dallas for great ramen.

SUMMARY: I've put off reviewing Ramen Mura for way too long. We come here at least twice a month and the big thing most of the diners around us are missing is that their tonkatsu is really the star of the show here!FOOD: While we've tried some of their ramen and don't get me wrong, they are good at what they do ramen-wise, there's no doubt in my mind that their tonkatsu is top notch. Wife and I have a soft spot in our bellies for a good tonkatsu and here's what we love about theirs: 1) they get the panko crust just about perfect every time. 2) they have never overcooked it, always juicy, and 3) it's a good sized portion! The only knock about it is that it's not the type of sauce that I prefer (the brown Bulldog brand is my favorite), but it's good enough. Maybe I'll bring my own bottle haha. The other thing we like is their takoyaki. I'm a big takoyaki fiend, and I always leave satisfied with how they make it. Never overdone, always hot and gooey on the inside, and just the right amount of Kewpie mayo and takoyaki sauce. They never skimp on the bonito flake either.SERVICE: Always spot on and very polite and professional. RETURN VISIT? Yup! This is one of the better if not the best Japanese restaurants in the area!

The best service ever! Fast and kind, on top of that the food was amazing. Recommend their katsu and fire breath ramen for spicy lovers.
