The food & employees are excellent!!! Service is top notch, best I’ve had in a long time!
Our server had to deal with my wife & I, and our 2 daughters. It was quite the treat, thank you so much!

This is my go to Red Robin. This store has always been consistently good and delicious. Jason who is the manager of the location is what makes the magic happen. He truly cares about his customers and his team and that is why this is the best Red Robin location in DFW. Please come and give them your business.

I usually come here often with my family, was kind of disappointed with the service we got last night. Me and my boyfriend walked in and waited 15 minuets to be seated with nearly no customers in the restaurant.. people would look.. people would come up to the booth and then walk away without even a greeting.. ( me and my boyfriend are used to this type of behavior from staff since we are young adults and typically don’t get treated as fairly because of the misconception that we “don’t tip because we’re young”, anyways that wasn’t the issue, the issue at hand is we’ve come here before together and we have constantly been neglected by the staff.. one time we got seated right away but it took the waiter 30 minuets to come introduce himself and when he did he walked away and didn’t take our drink order. He was busy talking to his friends (with nearly no one in the restaurant) we had to get up everytime we needed something and track down the waiter and ask him if he can take our order as well as anything else we might need.. at one point he even yelled across the building saying “yall good?” While laughing about it to his buddies.. just because we’re young doesn’t mean we don’t leave a good tip. We tip based on how good the service is and how fairly we are treated and quite frankly it’s bad.

Our server Sophia made our night better. Manager Andre was very hospitable. We started with pretzel bites. Husband ordered the salmon; I had the Red Tavern Double. We both had fries as a side. Our food was timely, hot and tasty. We both finished our meals. Will return. We enjoyed my husband’s birthday night dinner.

I havent been to Red Robin in years, our server Emily was very attentive and nice. The food was very good, pretzel bites were a great appetizer to start, and the burgers were juicy. I got the garlic fries, I love garlic, and they had ALOT of it! I found out they had unlimited root beer floats, I couldn't even finish the first one! Overall great prices, great service, and great food.
