Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

It's hit and miss on quality of service. Wait to get seated and forgotten about on a slow week night. Waiter may of had too many tables. No refills and took forever to order and eventually pay

We went today for lunch me my wife and my kids , we've been seated for 30 minutes and people came after us been served and we were watching and waiting someone to come and say hello no one they ignore us , I asked to speak to the manager he said that he will serve us if we go back to I didn't feel like he's serious and maybe we will get a bad food I am sure we will, redrobin was my favorite place but now x

We arrived early, before the rush on a Friday night. We went for my birthday burger. We ordered burgers and a shake. Our food arrived timely but the server didn’t come back to the table for 15+ minutes. I had asked for ranch for my fries but didn’t get it with my meal. I had to borrow some of my wife’s ranch from her salad. I also wanted additional fries, which they promote. I even stopped eating for a few minutes hoping she would stop by. She finally did stop by and I got the fries and ranch. I guessing they were spread thin but who knows. I was hoping for a better experience.

Had a veggie burger today, but the veggie patty was overcooked and tasted burnt. Last visit about 2 weeks ago the burger was awesome!

We usually enjoy coming in to this location but tonight has made us not want to go back. At least not for a while. The food was good but the service was not to be desired. Our waitress didn’t seem to really want to be there and it took forever to get a fry refill and a chip refill for our chips/guac/salsa. She almost seemed put out that we asked for some more. We had to actively seek her out to get any help from her. We noticed other waiters and waitresses promptly serving their tables and going above and beyond so we figured that she may have been new? However, she was super quick to take our payment for the meal. We asked the hostess upfront if there was a card that had a general managers information so we could reach out but a gentleman came out and offered us the stores phone number instead saying they didn’t have cards.

Also wanted to know if the portions for fries and chips have changed since the last time we were there two months ago? Because the fry refill we got was probably less than an entire potato and the chips we had with our appetizer were definitely not enough for both the chips and guac we ordered.

Either way, it’ll be a while before we go back again. I know it’s hard times for food service industries but we wanted to spend our hard earned money on a dinner that we thought would be a nice reward for our family considering the rough week we all had.

It has been awhile since I visited a Red Robin. Found this location on Google and was excited to come visit. From entry the greeting was welcoming. Our server David was PHENOMENAL… l will say he has made this my Favorite location!!! See ya’ll again soon…

I went in today just to pick up an order. I couldn't help but notice how kind and attentive everyone was. Even the kitchen staff was friendly. The manager helped with my order and wished me a blessed day. Love the service here.

Great place to eat for different varieties of burger styles. Not very much choices for vegetarian. Our server was wonderful, he did a great job. And the atmosphere is really relaxing comfortable.

WARNING : DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT ! We noticed that after placing our order with the waiter and recieving our drinks that alot of " ANTS " started to appear all over our table. We got up from the table quickly so we would not be bitten. We asked to talk to the manager but he did not come out and talk with us. The waiter came back and said we did not have to pay for the drinks. So, we had left and will never return to this restaurant. They have a pest control problem and obviously the manager knows about it and is not taking care of the problem. So that leaves my wife and I thinking about what other problems is he not taking care of. NOTE : THIS REVIEW WILL STAY AS A TOP POST. ON TOP OF ALL OTHERS

Delicious every time I visit the Flower Mound location. Service was so great my last visit with everyone in the resturant being so friendly. Love the bottomless fries and I'm not judged for order mayo on the side to dip them in.

Yummy comfort food, non-ending sides and prompt, friendly service make the Flower Mound RED ROBIN a family favorite! Management is always present and friendly! We've never had bad service at this restaurant!
