My job site placed a large order for pick up. When I went to grab it there was only one guy working. Although you could tell he was slammed, he was awesome and helpful. He had our order ready to go quickly and gave us great customer service. The food tastes amazing too. We are definitely ordering again!

Finally found Chicago-style pizza in North Texas. Thank you.

When I called they said Hello. I said is this Rosati’s? They need someone else answering for orders! The grown man said, Uhh, yeah.

The driver opened my front door!! I had walked in my backyard and was walking right back inside to looking at a man’s face inside my home. It took over hr and I was told 30-40 minutes. He then quickly shut my door. (I have 2 large dogs & he’s lucky they weren’t inside.) The customer service aspect of this entire experience makes me NOT want to order ever again. I’m from Chicago so this was a childhood staple. Just sucks. Then I opened the cheese pizza and spots had NO cheese. Come on. The other half beef/half pepperoni pizza was spot on. Overall, $35 later and was disappointed.
