The restroom at this Smoothie King is extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The sanitation is unacceptable — floors, sink, and toilet were all in very bad condition. Very disappointing and not hygienic at all.

This place has been bad for a few months with there service no motivation from there employee's no motivation even when they take your orders you got to remind them about your rewards can't get the orders right long lines not sure what has happened

Online says they close at 9pm. It is 20 till and yet they are closed...please update the Online to the correct time

Again , this makes the 2nd time I have came to this location in flowermound and the place isn't open . It's now 727 am and no one in sight .

I had ordered a smoothie with a free coupon. It took 10 minutes for me to receive my smoothie and then they had to re start the order and kept making it difficult for me to order my original smoothie with modifications. Super slow and not accommodating. I will not be back

Smoothie King has always been one of my go-to spots for a quick boost, especially when I want something high in protein that doubles as a meal replacement. I stopped at this location with those same expectations, ordering a protein-heavy smoothie I’ve had at other stores, but the experience didn’t quite measure up. The flavor was off compared to what I’m used to, almost like the balance of ingredients wasn’t right, and it left me wishing it had the same punch as other locations I’ve tried.

The bigger issue was the wait. Smoothie King is usually about convenience, grab-and-go nutrition that fits into a busy day. Here, the drive-thru took a really long time, long enough that it stood out compared to the quick service I normally associate with the brand. It’s not the end of the world, but it chipped away at the experience.

What makes it tough is that I know how good Smoothie King can be. They offer a wide variety of smoothies, from fruity refreshers to full-on protein blends, and most locations nail the consistency. That’s why I still gave it five stars overall....the brand itself has been great for me over the years. This location just didn’t ring the bell the way others have. Hopefully, with a little more attention to prep and speed, it can match the level I’ve come to expect.

We ordered 44 oz daily warrior - the person working their was completely off and talking to someone in the store being a customer over their but did not pay attention to order and gave me 1/2 full smoothie. This review is just to make sure that they pay attention to the job for what they are getting paid for. Picture attached here.
