The workers are always nice and polite. Tipping for fast food is a little strange.

I ordered iced coffee with cream, unsweetened. It came sweetened and they said no other way…? In what world can you NOT make iced coffee with milk/cream without sweetener??

It seems like the employees are doing a great job, all are so kind….I just HATE the order screens…some are completely broke (you hit red button but no one every takes your order, you can barely understand them and they can barely understand you as you scream your order.) They also charge sometimes for ranch when you order cheesesticks and for the cheese that is supposed to come with the pretzel which irritates me…hoping they can upgrade the screens soon.

Took 30 minutes for just a slush and other customers who were there before me all had to get out their cars to see if they even had their orders. While the place wasn’t even busy. Please get an evaluation for staff. Because this is the only day of the week this happens

Literally ordered just mozzarella sticks and a VERY small burger. takes like a minute to make. They said it would be out at 5:00 pm. Me and my friend waited 30 MINUTES. We ask 3 different people, and only the third one actually stepped up to get us our food. horrible service omg so pissed. Also 97° degrees outside. Sonic, DO BETTER. (btw they also got our order wrong like u have one job sweetie.)

Absolutely five stars! The staff at this Sonic location is genuinely amazing. They are so friendly and quick to help with anything you need. Their positive energy makes a huge difference, and they always ensure my order is exactly right. The excellent service here is truly top-notch. Highly recommend this spot for a great experience!

Order 2 drinks on the app for 5 min ready. It took them over 20 min just to bring me my drinks. That’s only because I got out the car and pressed a button and the drinks were just sitting there and no longer slushy
