3/9/24It's official, Sonic has lost my business. I used to love Sonic blasts, but after visiting three different locations, it has become apparent that the reduction in ingredients must be a corporate directive and not location specific. It is ridiculous. The last couple of blasts that I got literally had nothing mixed in. It was a cup of ice cream and a small amount of the add-ins on top. I kept expecting to run into the layer of add0ins at the bottom that just didn't get mixed in, but no, there was nothing. It was literally a cup of plain ice cream. Three times in a row at three different locations. The prices have gone up for nothing but plain ice cream. I am done trying to give them the benefit of the doubt since it is obvious that it is company wide. I will be taking my orders to Culver's where the Concretes still come full of add-ins.

This is the brand new pulled pork bbq sandwich, and the foot long coney. Huge disappointment. The cook basically gives absolutely no care in the world. False advertisement at its finest if this passes standards. We had seen a buffalo chicken dumpling, and our son couldn’t remember what it was, so we asked the girl and she had no knowledge of anything buffalo. Knowing your menu is part of the training, failure on management. Atleast the waitresses were friendly.

When ordering my food, I made a mistake on my ordering because where I'm from, we have a chicken fried steak sandwich. And the guy kept saying what what what what. And finally, he said we dont have that. We could have saved so much time if he had said sir we don't carry that. But maybe I'm wrong.
Got 2 chili wraps, tasted good, wish they were bigger.

Been going to Sonic getting large sonic sunrises for years as my morning drink stop. For whatever reason this morning can't do larger than a medium because of the orange juice... when did they start rationing out OJ... last time coming here...Update and they made it wrong!!

Never got food sick at Sonic. Then I went to this location. Then forgot in-between 4 years. Then sick again. Bad dirty cooks look forward to hurting you. Drive to another location. Observe the rats and when you get old disgusting cold disease food remember your warning. Have fun puking.

I like sonic, but the other day I went in and I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and an ice coffee coffee was good but the cheese sandwich not so good. It was cold the cheese I don't think it's real cheese. I still like sonic and I like their food but I won't order the grilled cheese sandwich again. Service was good. The sonic I go to is on Valley Parkway and it Main Street in Lewisville
