Horrible. Since you replied just wanted to let you know you've lost a customer that was coming in 2-3 times per weeks. Burger made wrong, coffee no sweetener or vanilla and tater tots undercooked. Hope whoever made the food justifies losing around $50-60 a week from one customer.

I placed a mobile order for a medium turtle blast. When the girl brought my blast out she seriously did not say a single word to me. I asked her how her night was going and no response, just handed me my order and walked away. Once I got home I realized the blast they gave me had ZERO toppings. It was a $6 cup of nothing but ice cream. I reached out to support multiple times and was told the manager of this location would contact me and after four requests I have still yet to hear fom the sorry manager. What a joke!

Ordered a number 1. Was shorted on my change. Tipped a buck but she kept the loose change, almost doubling her tip. I very clearly asked for all my change back but keep a dollar. So that's theft. Burger was mediocre but my tots were good. Cup lid was loose so it spilled everywhere. I'm very surprised.

This location is awful!
I should have left when I realize they’re having plumbing problems since I saw a plumber working.
They have multiple lanes closed nonworking order display screens.
They Screwed up my order I caught one thing a cheese burger miss made but I got home and realized they had charge me for a large cheese tot but was given a medium.
By the signs of up keep I would only assume that this location is on the verge of closing.
The location on 407 near Lantana is a much better location. I will be going there instead even though it is a much further drive.

Genuinely I think I’m going to kill my self because of this, I got off work just famished and craving cheese and carbs. Obvi I chose sonic for quick and easy. Ordered at 10:17, rang them at 10:41 when no food, got it at 10:50. Got home to find that the mozz sticks I ordered weren’t in there. They didn’t give me the sauce I ordered and my fries were dumped in upside down. Why do this to me? I don’t think I was mean or demanding. I just wanted some decadent fried cheese. I’m not going to lie to any of you, I haven’t been this upset since my mom died. This is just absolutely devastating to my mental and physical health. I tried to contact said sonic and no answer. Ghosted once again. No mom, no mozz sticks, no sauce, no happiness, no point being here anymore. If you find me dead, it was self-inflicted and this was my 13th reason.

Restaurantji Recommends
One of the better, more consistent, Sonic restaurants in the area. Most fast food is hit or miss right now so it’s nice to have a location that usually gets it right. This is close to one of the high schools so it’s very busy in the afternoon during the school year.

Just ordered on the app because Google Maps says they are open and so does their app. Absolutely no fault to the employees working, they were polite and gave me a refund despite being pretty much completely closed. What I would love is if Nizar would do his job for the first time in a decade or more and simply make sure the Google Maps closing time changes. If those employees weren’t still closing, I don’t even know how I would’ve gotten a refund, since I ordered on the app. Nizar has been a horrible manager for so many years, and he needs to stop inconveniencing his customers and employees.
They advertise blackout slush and Buffalo bites and both are discontinued... why advertise it if you can't sell it??? Lol bad management still runs this joint
