Shows opens at 6am got there at 7:30am and no one around. Asked a Tom Thumb employee if it was open they said no unfortunately she has still not come in. Not sure who she is as no name was provided but how irritating! Would have never stopped there had I known it wasn’t really open like it states it is. Sad part is I was not the only one there to order as there were 3 other customers as well. So when your business is not making money maybe someone should look into the care provided by its employees. Also maybe the hours of operation should be updated for this location since it seems 6am is obviously not correct.

I come to the Starbucks in this Tom Thumb often, everything is usually okay if you don’t get the guy who works there. He is always in the WORST mood and simple things give him an attitude. His customer service is terrible and it’s not just like he’s having a bad day, every single time I go here, he has an attitude. The girls are nice though, coffee is okay

My mom had the worst customer service at this location yesterday 11/18/2021. She bought two drinks and received the two free holiday cups. She tried to buy one more drink and asked if it also qualified for the holiday cup and the employee at the register was very rude he told her yes but that she couldn’t get anymore because the limit was 2. My mom then told him he had sold 4 drinks to the lady in front of her and she got 4 free holiday cups. He again was rude and told her that they didn’t have enough cups and they would run out if he did that. My mom was not only upset but embarrassed to be treated that way. I don’t know why, if he wanted to strictly follow the policy, he bent the rules for one customer but not my mom. I’m disgusted to hear she was treated poorly when she was a PAYING customer.

This Starbucks has the the rudest people working there. The gentleman that I believe is the manager there seriously lacks customer service etiquette. I’m there often and it’s the same mannerism from him and the people that work along side look terrified of him. I’ll shop at the Tom Thumb but I’ll skip the latte.

Very bad I asked for tea and they gave me coffee I went back and they gave me a tea that I didn't even ask for with boiling water and the boy who was there almost threw it at me he got angry definitely the worst service in my life from Sturbucks very bad service I will not return.

It’s pretty good. Landons the best one he always gets it right and makes it the best. We bike a mile and a half just for the great drinks
I’d give zero if possible. I ask for a green tea lemonade and they give me some vegetables mixed with lemonade? How do they even correlate???????
