They got my order wrong 3 times. I ordered 2 sausage cheddar egg sandwiches, and they only got me 1. Then I reminded them 2 times, they kept giving me the wrong other. Meanwhile, they charged me the wrong amount of money. The reason I knew was I always ordered that same other at SB market Street, so I know how much I pay every time. Plus it was very frustrated keep repeating myself several times.

Good service and drinks. Convenient that open at 6 on sunday. It would be helpful if they hv tip option when paying with a card. Now a days people don't carry cash.

Today reminded me why I stopped getting starbies. This is the iced matcha I just got . I took ZERO sips from this. As you can see it’s half foam. Keep in mind it’s also filled to the brim with ice, so the drink portion you see is actually half ice as well. I finished this 7$ drink in 6 sips. 6… sips… that’s not even a dollar a sip. I wish I had looked at the drink in the store and not when I left and realized too late.

that was the absolute WORST experience i’ve ever had at any starbucks. i used to come to this location all the time, it used to be the fast one. always left in a good mood. maybe new management ?‍♀️ there was no organization to making orders efficiently. Or letting EVERYONE know who’s up next. call out the next three names so people don’t have to ask or get mad waiting and watching the chaos. i’ve seen many starbucks that do. Literally had a worker possible manager standing outside the counter telling them what to do, wasn’t much help though. she was quite rude when i had something to say as well. :( just really disappointed what this location has turned into.

Honestly they disappoint more often than I’d like for the price of the product. I come to this location because it’s closer to home. One Saturday my boys and I broke routine and went inside and were completely ignored. We walked out. More recently I ordered my drink a specific way and corrected the person taking my order twice just to drive away and find that she took it upon herself to enter my order the way she felt it should be. As if I don’t know how to order my drink. 2 stars because the younger crew is always so nice.

Staff was great, however this location has no wifi. That was the whole reason I paid 3$ for coffee. Now I can't do my work and am out 3 bucks.

First when I started walking up to the counter the guy saw me walking up and instead of staying behind the counter he walked out. Then I ordered an eggnog latte which I had been craving and was told we are out of eggnog. I walked literally 50ft and there was eggnog there in the dairy section.......really? I can understand that response in a stand alone Starbucks, but not one located in the middle of a grocery store.
