Yesterday my husband ordered a cheese and steak sandwich. As soon as he ate it, he felt sick. It was food poisoning. He was up all night, vomiting, and feeling very bad. We treated him at home, but this is not a fun thing for anyone to go through. His sandwich was steak and cheese and mayonnaise. Please check the dates and the times on all your food. This was a terrible experience.

I ordered 2 sandwiches while I was at work, came to this location to pick my order up. As I entered the establishment Shani Reeves was making my order still which isn’t the issue. The issue was as she was making my order, she was saying that my order was terrible to make since I had requested EXTRA on my veggies and that the sandwich wouldn’t close since it was full. Shani Reeves also mentioned that I wouldn’t enjoy my sandwich if all my toppings are falling out. lol.Shani Reeves, your job is to make the sandwich, you’re a “Sandwich Artist” so stop the complaining. If you can’t handle your emotions then maybe Subway isn’t the right job for you. Also, If I’m given the option to hit EXTRA on the App, then I’m going to hit EXTRA. It’s an option as a customer so go cry about it. And at the end of day, you’re the one in control of the portion sizes so if anything, be mad at yourself.Have a blessed day.

Management was completely rude and disrespectful. The area supervisor was on the phone cursing loudly and not attentive to the customers. She left a new employee by herself to serve customers while she was in the back and in the doorway on the phone cursing. There were about 4 people besides myself in line. She did not acknowledge anyone but made eye contact with us, so she knew we were there. I used to go there at least once a week. I have not been back and will never go there again.I sent an email to the contact information on the receipt. I received a response pretty quickly, but it was from the area supervisor. ?? She said she would pass it on to her team.

On February 5 I ordered sandwiches in the app and drove to the 1181 Flower Mound Rd Suite 710 store in Flower Mound to pick them up. Was told they couldn't fulfill the order because they didn't have many of the ingredients due to limited supplies from budgetary constraints.I asked for a refund, was told I had to do that in the app. The app didn't let me. So I was given the contact info of area supervisor Shani Reeves to process the refund.I emailed Shani several times over the next week before getting a reply in which I was asked for info I had already provided. I responded but have not received a refund or any answer to subsequent emails in the month since then.I've had subpar experiences at other nearby Subway locations recently, so maybe this is typical now. My family now gets sandwiches elsewhere.

Online ordering at this location is a mess. If I order cookies, they are always out. One time, they claimed they couldn't refund me the cookies because I paid online. It took 10 minutes to sort out. The last time I online ordered, I was already in the parking lot. I placed the order and watched. The store was completely empty of customers, but no one was on the line making sandwiches. After 7 minutes, I went in. That's when they noticed they had an online order and I had to wait several more minutes for them to make it. And they were out of the cookies I ordered.

(apparently does not do curbiside pickup!!!)do not come to this subway! EVER. avoid it at costs. i ordered online through the app for a pickup order and waited for 15 minutes until i decided to get off. i let them know i submitted here on the app 15 minutes ago & was just wondering why they hadn’t come out yet. the man behind the counter (did not see his name but a hispanic male) begins to YELL and CUSS at me stating that he chooses to never take out the curbside pickup orders because he’s the only employee ever there. i was reasonably confused and upset at his response, tone, screams & cuss words!!! at me and asked him what was wrong with him. how was I supposed to know that? mind you, there is a whole other employee (a woman) there. she hands me the cup to fill up my drink and as I proceed to press the ice and he begins to yell at me again from behind the counter asking if I don’t see the “huge sign that says ice not working” & asks if I’m stupid. my eyes had JUST hit the sign as I was pressing the ice. Is he serious? I turned around and proceed to ask again what his problem was! He was yelling and cussing at me my entire way out the door, following me out.NEVER come here, absolutely despicable.

Made an online order for takeout at 12:00 pm. Per mobile app, order was supposed to be ready by 12:20 pm. Waited till 2:00 pm at the store and the order was still not ready as they only had one person working there. Lost money on the order as I had to leave. Such a horrible place and service!
