They close at 10pm. So excited for my sandwich. Got off a flight READY TO EAT. 9:15pm pull up they say they put all the food away at 9:30pm. 9:15… so, here I am 9:21pm warning you that they not going to serve you until 10pm advertised. Just be prepared for that at this location.

If there were negative stars, this place deserves it! This is, by far, the worst subway ever. The gentleman making the sandwich today was quite unfriendly and mumbling every question. His attitude was very indifferent and disconnected. He gave us about 10 small lettuce slices in the sandwich, and when I asked for a little more, he refused to put in and told me it would fall out. I’ve never had anyone refuse to add in basic ingredients to a sandwich at subway! There’s a problem here. Also Sir, it’s a sub and you wrap it in paper. It’s not falling out. Owners- please properly retrain staff. In a small community, this isn’t a good look for y’all.

Lack of effort. I have went to this subway in store multiple times and it has been decent sometimes. I started doing online orders to just be able to pick it up and they think they can slack and that people won’t notice when they have barely tried. They tend to not care with the online orders and have made mine horrible pretty much every time. They don’t put nearly as much ingredients or effort and hadn’t toasted mine for my most recent order. In general their service can be not very good in store even. Here’s an example of one of the horribly made sandwiches. Done with this subway.

No tea at peak luch time. Went to get ice from one machine no ice either. Employee points to other machine. Large chunks of something black in ice. Don't waste your time here.

I went to this Subway tonight, hoping to grab a late dinner. The hours on the door said they close at 10:00 PM, so arriving at 8:00 PM, I figured I had plenty of time. I was wrong. The employee told me they were only doing take-out orders because he had already cleaned up for the night. two full hours before closing time. This is just lazy and unprofessional.

It feels unfair giving an 2 star to staff because everyone that works here lately has been great but they need more staff, at least during lunch hour. I put an online order in and waited 25 minutes after the suggested pick up time and 45 minutes after I put the order in.

I observed the store manager is yelling at the other employee.This should be stopped at any cost.

Don't waste your money at this location... I've had maybe 1 good sandwich from here.. I order a very simple sandwich and they still managed to get it wrong.. I didn't think a herbs and cheese footlong with turkey, provolone, and lettuce could get messed up, but boy was I wrong. I'd recommend ordering from a different subway.
