Could not possibly rate this any lower. Over 45 minutes for tacos. On 12/23/24, perhaps the most incompetent fast food crew ever was assembled. 9+ people were waiting in the lobby while the drive through line backed up to the high heavens. The person “running the show” barely acknowledged the abysmal production as he blankly stared away into space.

I had Taco Bell all my life and stopped eatting it for a long time. But I got 2 grilled cheese burritos and the cantina quesadilla. Wow my first time trying this location. They cook everything so well and really work hard on everything they make. You guys did amazing!!! Have a great holidays and keep it up 🎄🙏🏻

11:30 am 11/21/24. Drive thru. Name is Irma on receipt but told me Rosa. Very rude. Ignores you when you order then we we asked she just said read the screen, but couldn't see it. Said thank you at the window where she doesn't look or respond. Paid for extra Chipotle sauce and looked and there was none so I asked for it and she charged me 32 cents which I gave. Then she tried to force me to take a receipt even when I said I didn't need one for the 32 cents and made some comment about how I needed to take it anyway. I understand we have bad days... but my lord, if you can't even make eye contact or acknowledge the customer's thank you, or are just rude for no reason , maybe work the line or something.

I didn’t like that I was rushed. He asked me 4 times if that was all I was going to order after I added 4 more items to my order.
“Nacho fries”
“is that going to be all?”
“A cheesy gordita crunch”
“is that going to be all?”
And still asked 2 more times until I finished my order…
And had no patience for me to decide what I wanted.
There was nobody else in line for drive thru but me. As soon as he handed my food he rushed out of there when I realized that I wanted a different sauce than what he put in the bag for me. It took him a big fat minute to realize I still needed something. Customer service sucks even though it is in a nice area.

The food is horrible now. We live right down the street and by the time we get home from the drive through the tacos are soggy as if pre-made. The Mexican pizza tortilla was over cooked and tasted like it was old. The burritos are indescribable. The food quality has gone downhill and is overpriced.
