Cheap food but you get a lot. Workers forgot my sauces, napkins, fork and others. Handed me my mobile order then immediately closed windows. Was very quick to get my food through the mobile app.

The service at this Taco Bell location is the worst I’ve ever seen. They mess up your orders constantly and short you on the amount of bean, meat, etc. I asked for them to make a tostada and they said no. You can go to any other Taco Bell and ask for a tostada and they happily make it. Horrible customer service. Don’t come to this location. Drive 10 minutes and get better service.

DO NOT COME HERE! Mr. Krabs could be the owner .This place sucks ordered a Beefy 5 layer burrito. I thought that it didn’t even have any beef . Gave me a single small bite of beef at the end of the burrito. The rest was all beans. In the same Visit, I also ordered a crunch wrap supreme, and substituted the beef with steak. They charge like $1.10 something to substitute with steak. They gave me maybe a spoonful of steak Whereas if you order beef(Not paying extra) you get a crap ton. I don’t know what they’re doing trying to save money. I paid extra for the steak. I could barely even taste the meat in my crunch wrap. It was so patchy parts of it were just straight Lettuce. I wouldn’t be surprised if they water down their cheese. Be careful because I’ve heard that other restaurants that do this also, I’ve heard, use the same tea Until it runs out and I’m talking about like days old. Even heard of people eating old food and getting sick like food with mold you have no clue what goes on in that kitchen. All I know is they’re trying to save money and that can be really bad. I wouldn’t be surprised if they do sell rotten food.. This business is definitely here to save money, not create a customer base. I would be skeptical of going here For even health reasons. I don’t know how far they would go to save money. They sure did ruin my food and waste my money though. I will say, though that the food that I ate did not taste rotten.

They put the nacho fries and cheese sauce in a Crunchwrap bag, first time I’ve received them like this. It’s a great idea and they should do this across the board. Usually the fries are spilled all over the bag and sometimes the cheese sauce is missing. They solved both problems. 5 star review just for that.

While I understand that Taco Bell is a fast-food chain and expectations should be reasonable, basic standards of cleanliness and customer service are still crucial. Addressing these issues—particularly the leaking ceiling and staff attentiveness and very poor customer service skills—would significantly improve the overall experience.

I hope the management takes these points into consideration to make necessary improvements. I enjoy Taco Bell's food, but the current state of this location makes it less likely for me to return. In addition I will continue to suggest others try different locations until these issues are fixed.

Ordered a cantina burrito and a crispy taco meal, recieved the cantina burrito and three beef, tacos. Went back to tell them it was wrong and the lady at the window didnt understand me and besically said I was wrong so I just gave up and left.

I REALLY recommend the app. There are deals, loyalty rewards, convenience, etc.I love it most for the ability to customize your food easily. Meat on a ben burrito? Easy. Add "grilled" to an item for free? DoneThe new cantina menu is awesome. Try it!
