Had not been here in years, but this was a good experience. Waiter was very nice and patient. Prices were better than I expected, and food was good. I had a chicken fried steak, but really enjoyed the baked potato for some reason.

Not happy with the service. Ordered my son a bowl of chili with nothing on it. Order came out with everything on and it took over 20 minutes for someone to bring the correct order. Everyone else was already done eating. Management was not very helpful either.

Food great, service great, music always too loud and I love music. Just don’t like to yell to be heard across the table 2 feet away. It almost seems like there is an hour on the clock when it automatically gets bumped up in volume to the point that it is all you can hear.
Dietary restrictions: For Optavia clients, the 6oz Dallas Filet, green beans and salad are right on plan. Also the smothered chicken without gravy is a great choice.
Parking: The parking issue is very understandable because it is a great place to eat and everyone knows it, so it is always busy. Don’t mind walking though.
Kid-friendliness: Can’t really speak to that with no kids but I imagine they would like the birthday saddle celebrations.

Best Texas Roadhouse in the state excellent food excellent staff always go above and beyond
I just wanted to praise our experience! We had a wonderful time here! The food is delicious and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting and all the staff is lovely and friendly! I especially want to commend Zoey for being an absolute delight and so sweet! She attended to us so well and her smile was so bright! Absolutely adored our time here!

Texas Roadhouse could be a wonderful restaurant but the service and the Flower Mound location is awful. They have ridiculous rules and the management are robots. Common sense is lacking when management doesn't have the authority to make common sense decisions especially when it comes to the customers that pay the wages and keep the lights on for the entire restaurant staff. Sometimes you should look at a situation practically and pragmatically and make a decision for the best interest of the restaurant and your customers as opposed to saying oh we're not allowed to do that or that's not how we do it here. This is a very poorly ran location.

Awful management. Rude, uncaring, will not listen. The manager that was on duty last night has made me never want to return. I will not be back. Also, a couple months ago I took my family there for my son's birthday. It was the only place he wanted to go. Since they don't take reservations We waited for a table. About 30 minutes in and we were about to be seated. The waiter asked if our whole party was there and I told her we were waiting on grandma who got in a small fender bender on the way. We were going to go ahead and get seated in order some drinks and appetizers in hopes grandma was still able to come later. They refused to see us even though I told them the situation. I said That was fine. We would change our table to a six top and if she came, we could squeeze in a chair. They still refused. Horrible customer service and absolutely ruined my son's birthday. I will never return, especially after both of these instances. Do bet her roadhouse. You are in the customer service field.
