Overall, it was a good experience, one person had to send their steak back to be cooked more. Ordered medium but came back rare... they were nice about it and cooked it can little more.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at the front entrance of your restaurant. The host who was responsible for welcoming guests was extremely rude and unprofessional.

When I arrived, I kindly informed her that I was waiting for my family to join me. Instead of a polite response, I was told that if my guests didn’t arrive within 30 minutes, something else would have to be done with the table. I explained that they were just a minute away, but her attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming. Her tone and body language made it clear that I was mandatory to wait and she wont guide me to the table.

I work hard and was looking forward to spending quality time with my family at your establishment. Unfortunately, this experience at the door left a very negative impression. First impressions matter, and I hope you address this issue with your staff to prevent similar situations for other guests.

The food is awesome and the service of the table was awesome and friendly. Thank you.

The steaks are consistently excellent - well seasoned, tender, and cooked correctly pretty much every time I've visited. The food comes out quick even when the place is packed, so kudos to the back of house management for their efforts. The only thing I don't love is that it's loud, and it's hard to carry on a conversation without shouting. But then again, having a restaurant that's packed enough to be that loud even on a Wednesday night means you must be doing something right!!

We go here a lot. This time we had our 11 month old baby with us and we were fortunate that he was feeling playful. Our server was Valencia and she was amazing and played along with him every time she walked by, on top of being a great server. Will absolutely ask for her again the next time we come by. Above and beyond experience.

1. The Prime Rib was 50% fat and 50% meat.
2. I don’t understand why they tend to seat or isolate people at the back of the place, especially when there are tables available near the entrance.

There is definitely a lot of room for improvement.

When you come into a restaurant one hour before close, you need to be prepared to be respectful of the staff and be efficient and courteous. We came prepared to do that. The staff didn't reciprocate the respect. No prioritization of prompt service, product preparation, or quality control. Cold rattlesnake bites, lumpy brown gravy, overcooked ribeye (manager refired an extra piece of prime rib which still wasn't right?), a disgusting restroom, and single handedly the worst customer service experience I have had in the last 5 years. I go to Texas Roadhouse and Bubba 33 regularly because I receive a quality experience and product. Not sure when I am going to next visit a location at this point.

I don’t know how anyone would feel if someone from the kitchen staff allows gum to fall out of their mouths into your plate. Then you realize there is no reason there should be a mint flavor in anything you have ordered.Only for the managers at this location to confirm by watching the cameras that someone’s gum fell into your food. Then they say “we can’t give you cash soooo what do you want”. No direction no protocol just excuses and then saying “ummm there isn’t anything more that we can do” followed by “bugs and things like this fall into food all the time”. Yeah really poor management when it comes to corporate. At least the managers at the Flower mound location investigated and were empathetic about what happened. I don’t think I would be okay with eating a kitchen staff members gum that they spit out while preparing meals. What they should’ve said was,”we are so sorry this happened to you. We can have you sign something so that if anything happens later down the line we will be at fault. I hope this doesn’t reflect how you feel about visiting us in the future as this isn’t a normal practice. Here is a gift card for the inconvenience and we will have our legal team reach out to you. Again we are so sorry this happened to you”. No actually protocol and not help from the people we talked to in corporate. Thank the Lord I have everything recorded. Sometimes little things can be avoided before they turn into big things if handled accordingly. Thanks for the lack of empathy as well as being extremely helpful. I will say the managers at the location were very transparent and forthcoming for investigating and looking at the cameras so quickly.

Was very disappointed ☹️ from the time we walked in, until we left. Will never eat at this Roadhouse again. We arrived at 2:15pm.. I told Riley the host that there would be six of us. And that the others would arrive a little later. Thinking they would go ahead and seat us. Oh know Riley said we had to wait till all party was there before we could be seated 🪑. Finely I said I had just had total knee replacement and she said let me get you a 🪑. Didn’t say would you like something to drink or would you like to be seated at the bar until your party arrives (NOTHING). When our party arrived, they seated us. I would like to say a server was awesome. 🤩 the Manger on duty look like she had just rolled out of bed. Blue Jean capris on shirt want go there. I ordered the pull pork meal the pull pork taste 👅 like it had set in toilet 🚽 water 💧. When I ask Leann the Manager on duty how they fix the pull pork she reply ( Oh I don’t know 🤷 they fix it before I get here! Wrong answer Management should know how all meat is prepared so they can answer there paying guests. My granddaughter mini burger 🍔 was not well done meat was still pink on the side she had to get her’s to go!!! So if you dare go to this Roadhouse be ware if all party is not there ( Riley) want seat you! And Leann may have just had a bad night the night before. Anyway I want be returning. I will go to the Roadhouse in Northlake or Denton!
