For my first time experience, I was very impressed. I didn't know what to expect, but the staff was super helpful and friendly.I had the infamous Italian Beef and I can easily see why it is a favorite. As I myself can see myself coming back for those alone. I will without a doubt be coming back for more as that Au jus sauce is simply amazing.

We had 2 of their dogs. 1 Chicago and the other was chili cheese. Nothing extraordinary about them. We could have eaten them at Costco and saved some money. Since it was over 100 degrees outside, we ordered 2 glasses of water. I was told the water was free, but there was a charge for the glasses. Didn't have any other option. Ended up costing 50 cents each. When I got to the soda machine, I noticed there were 2 buttons. One said water and the other soda. My husband likes soda water so, that's what I selected for him. Didn't even think about it since in my 75 years, most restaurants and bars provide free soda water. As we were leaving, the young lady who took our order stopped me and said, "You were supposed to get water, not soda water. Soda water is the same price as soda." I think I agreed with her and said something like, "Really?" She said, "Yes, there is a charge." We continued to walk passed her and told her I was sorry and wouldn't make the same mistake again. We won't be going back. Most places these passed few weeks have been offering water and ice to go. These glasses didn't even have lids!

This place was tasty!-1 star because they charge for a cup of water. Seems cheap when a sandwich is $13 or $14.Edit: don’t know if I can reply, but it was just a clear water cup.

Just ok, but definitely NOT the Chicago style I grew up on.I ordered an Italian sub. That’s usually a good go to classic, but It was on a weird bread, almost like a hot dog bun but bigger. Didn’t hold the sandwich together very well at all. Very little flavor even with all the ingredients.Got Italian beef for the kids and they were looking at my husband and I like it was just “food”. No real reaction and that’s sad for Italian beef in Texas.The main thing that bothered me, was we accidentally ordered mustard on the Chicago dog for my 4yo. She has recently said she doesn’t like mustard and we forgot. When asking the young lady if we had chance to change the topping, she said “it’s made and we can’t take it back. You can order another correctly if you’d like” I understand we made the mistake, but in good faith this could have been corrected. We established we were first time customers when we arrived and this left a bad first impression. We did spend $65 on just sandwiches alone, for 6 ppl and the cost and customer service made for an easy decision that we won’t be returning.

Every time we've eaten here, the bread is so fresh and the sandwiches have been fantastic!!!
I was so hoping for this place to be good. I ordered 4 Chicago dogs. What I got was dogs so loaded with fixings and slopped with mustard on the top I couldn't eat it. even when I told the person fixing it. MAKE IT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE! Joey it's simple.. Make your hot dogs look like the Vienna picture sitting on your counter! THATS A CHICAGO DOG! Not the pile of slop you're serving.

If it was just the food, I would give them a 5 star. They lost 2 stars for the music playing so loud that it was hard to carry on a conversation over it. If I wanted to be at the club I would be downtown DFW on a Friday night.

Cheese steak was the way I liked it. Good!! Broccoli cheese soup was horrible, way too salty and I can still taste it today. Wish them well, soup is bad. Tried to call and talk to someone before I posted this but couldn’t leave a VM

I went in and ordered a wrap today. The person making it put it on bread and when I told them that it was supposed to be a wrap, they just said “well it’s too late now”. They continued making it into a sub and wrapping it with paper even though they could’ve easily moved it onto a tortilla. Poor customer service and first impression. Won’t be coming back
