Purchased a Hummus Veggie wrap today only to find chicken in it. Also had a piece of hair on top. I have really bad allergies to chicken and have been puking since biting into this awful wrap. Seems like it was done on purpose. Never returning and will tell my friends and family to steer away.

The quality of smoothies here are terrible but the service is great. I wish the smoothies were consistent in flavor, texture and matched the level of service and smiles received at the window.

This time I ordered a Sunrise Sunset sub’d cran instead of strawberries, added B12, light turbinado and it was terrible. I’ve ordered this recipe 10x elsewhere and it’s been great - but here not so.

We've had the kiwi quencher, the blimey limey and the Acai berry boost smoothies and they were delicious! My kid has had the Acai bowl twice now and this child is extremely picky and he absolutely loves it!

I love this location due to the staff working there. They are always friendly I enjoy that. but the manager sucks at communicating back. Big time.

User drive thru, Staffs were friendly , very quick and tried smoothie for the first time. I loved it , as it was with less to zero sugar. Next will try their bowl.

I got the BahamaMama bowl. It is so awful, I am throwing it away. It's frozen. The pineapple seems canned unless that is what happens to pineapple when frozen. My daughter got a strawberry smoothie, and it is very good. I do not recommend a the bowls. I thought it would be fresh.

So first, the purple haired girl that was in the drive thru tried give me a call in order I said I only ordered a detox smoothie. She said ok pull up…. So I pay and am waiting. She brings me out the wrong smoothie and says “no u ordered the açaí berry at the drive thru”. If that girl was my kid, she would be returned to the dishwashing area. Im gonna leave it at that.

While TSC is not my favorite smoothie place of all time it is a nice reprieve from the other juice and smoothie places. I typically get the mocha madness which has a kick and tastes good.

I think the biggest con of TSC is it’s not the healthiest place in the world as one might think. But in today’s world it sure as heck isn’t the worst. I’d go 6 of 10 with health. 8.5 in 10 for taste.

Great place overall and nice change over other fast food options. Great staff usually even tho it’s always kids. Have to try it.

I recently visited Tropical Smoothie Cafe to purchase an acai bowl. To my disappointment, the product was served completely frozen and impossible to eat immediately. In my experience, acai bowls are supposed to be creamy. When I called the cafe to address the issue, I was informed that this is their standard practice, as they serve the acai mixture frozen and customers are expected to wait for it to thaw. This was not communicated to me at the time of purchase, and my intention was to enjoy the bowl right away, not wait for it to defrost.

The person I spoke with on the phone was not very polite and mentioned that if I wanted a refund, I would need to go back to the restaurant to process it. Given the rude treatment I received, I decided it was not worth my time to return for a refund. I prefer to lose the money rather than have another unpleasant experience.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I will not be returning.
