This is by far the best meals I have tried. I ordered the gym plan 5c once and I cannot stop ordering it every week. It is so convenient, as a new mom it saves me a lot of time because they also deliver and I am eating a healthy diet for breastfeeding. I love the food, the portions are good and the teste is amazing. I love this place 100% recommended.

I have been receiving their meal prep services for several years. I have never had a bad meal from this establishment. I love the variety in their weekly menus and that fact that they post the macros for each meal. This area has been needing a service like this work a while. I’m so glad they opened their business. These ladies work hard and always ensure your food is fresh and delivered to you in a timely manner. 10/10 I always recommend them.

Had high hopes, but the food was greasy and over seasoned. Seemed like it was cheap quality. And judging by the employees waist size, I highly doubt this is “fit food”. The lady that took my order had dandruff on her shoulders and greasy hair and I was wondering if it got in my food. Save your money and calories and go to Cava in the same parking lot. Or Salata.

They offer delicious and nutritious meals. Their delivery service was such a blessing after surgery. Will definitely utilize again during my next surgery.

This place has changed my life! Meals are great quality, healthy, and taste delicious. The ladies that run the place are friendly and always willing to accommodate our requests. Unlike other meal prep places, they give two different size options and are reasonably priced. Perfect for busy people who still want to eat healthy!

Delicious and flavorful meals, ready to go, and all you need to do is warm them in the microwave! Macros are listed on their menu. It is a very simple way to plan your meals for the week, without all the work, and hit in your daily macro goals. A great way to start the new year. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. So happy my trainer told me about TruFit Foods.

Food is delicious. Price is fair for the quality of food and various options. I get my meals here almost weekly!

i would order from here if the prices were a lot less, 9-13 dollars for one meal is not cost effective and if prices were lower i would definitely invest money to have meal prepping done for me. I can understand the labor factored into the price however it is too steep. lower prices and I'm sure you would get more business.

I absolutely love this place! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The food is consistently amazing, but the standout for us is definitely the Beef Tenderloin—it’s cooked to perfection every time, tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. This spot never disappoints. Highly recommend!

The food tastes great, it’s fresh, healthy and so convenient. Others I’ve tried don’t come close to their quality. Supporting a local family owned business makes it even better. I highly recommend that you give them a try.

Bobby is the best front worker I have ever had. He has been helpful returning lost items, I am very forgetful. He has also been amazing with giving helpful tips im my new workout journey. Love this place and the environment.
