Food is delicious. Price is fair for the quality of food and various options. I get my meals here almost weekly!

i would order from here if the prices were a lot less, 9-13 dollars for one meal is not cost effective and if prices were lower i would definitely invest money to have meal prepping done for me. I can understand the labor factored into the price however it is too steep. lower prices and I'm sure you would get more business.

I absolutely love this place! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The food is consistently amazing, but the standout for us is definitely the Beef Tenderloin—it’s cooked to perfection every time, tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. This spot never disappoints. Highly recommend!

The food tastes great, it’s fresh, healthy and so convenient. Others I’ve tried don’t come close to their quality. Supporting a local family owned business makes it even better. I highly recommend that you give them a try.

Bobby is the best front worker I have ever had. He has been helpful returning lost items, I am very forgetful. He has also been amazing with giving helpful tips im my new workout journey. Love this place and the environment.

We've had three meals this week with three more coming today. Each meal has been delicious and nutritious and calorie-conscious. Looking forward to more meals in the future. These meals have been super helpful while my wife recovers from total knee replacement and isn't cooking.

Incredible food! I’ve gotten the plant based options and the regular items and they both are wonderful. I was skeptical to try this place because I’ve tried other meal prep places and they were underwhelming, but Trufit foods is delicious and I keep coming back. On top of that, the customer service is unmatched. They really take care of you here. I have dietary restrictions and they always honor that as well.

I tried truefit food for the very first time today and omg it’s sooo good. The seared salmon with grilled pineapple sauce,basmati rice and mixed veggies hit the spot. This is amazing for someone that’s on the go all the time. I have 7 kids and this would be amazing for a night I do not want to cook. Will definitely order some more of this amazing food.
