I ordered breakfast at Wendy’s this morning and requested no sausage on the Sausage, Egg & Croissant meal. My receipt clearly said “no sausage,” but what I received was just a sausage patty with what looked like a sad slice of swiss cheese – no egg. Pretty disappointing, especially since the order was simple and printed correctly on the receipt.

I frequently visit this location in Flower Mound and have been for years now. I can definitely say that I have Never been disappointed with the service, food quality or the staff. This location is my all time Favorite. Any other location I visit doesn’t even compare to this one. The level of service, food quality & freshness and the amazing staff is what keeps me going back to this location. I usually order on the app and just do a drive thru pickup order and I have never had an issue with any of my orders. The food is always hot, fresh and tasty. And you can’t beat the budget friendly deals they offer in the Wendys app! Why pay full price for food when you don’t have to and Why pay full price for food elsewhere and the food quality and freshness aren’t even worth it, but at this Wendys they never fail to deliver great, fresh food and great service. Use the app to get amazing deals. I recently have been ordering breakfast biscuits which are currently a $1, my favorite is the Honey Buddy Chicken Biscuit and the seasoned potato wedges – hands down the best chicken biscuit ever! The biscuit is fresh and light – it’s not tough or taste over done or like it’s been sitting in a warmer all morning, the chicken is tasty and the potato wedges are on point. The entire staff is so friendly, professional and caring. One staff member in particular is so great, she is kind, customer focused, detail oriented, professional, friendly, caring and respectful. Her name is Julie and she is awesome. Julie is always in a good mood, she has a great and pleasant attitude, she is patient and truly cares about the customer and the customer experience. Julie always put a smile on my face and puts me in a good mood when I am at the drive thru window picking up my order. We get to get to chit chat for a min each time and she truly is great. Please commend Julie for an outstanding job – a job well done along with the entire staff at this Flower Mound location. I will continue to be a customer of this Wendys location.

I ordered the double cheeseburger and the meat patties were drier than the bun. The meat had clearly been previously cooked and was sitting around Waiting for the next customer. I will not be back.

I had an incredible experience during my visit. The team here is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. Additionally, the food was absolutely fantastic; each dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. Overall, I would give this place a perfect 10 out of 10!

Went to the drive-thru for a cheeseburger, taco salad and chicken parmesan salad and two shakes. The burger had so much mustard, that's all you could taste. The salads were already wilted and the taco salad, OMG, they gave you hot chili to pour over it...not its even more wilted. It was horrid and we threw it all away. I asked the young guy for straws...he said they're so think (shakes) that you eat it with a spoon. He literally wouldn't give me straws. Do not eat here....$33 got me nothing.i ended up making us ham sandwiches.

Cashier Named Oliver was being very rude to me as I was ordering my lunch through the drive-thru. I could not see the screen to make sure my order was correct and had to repeat the correct order. I pulled up to pay and he approached me with a comment “I need to know what I need to order ahead of time.”, I had apologized to let him know I couldnt see the screen and he responded very unprofessional that I need to collababetter. I've Never experienced such rude behavior and having someone want to fight/debate on a order that wasn't my fault. I give him a poor customer service on how to interact with orders in person.
