Employee was Frustrated That I asked for Water and Barbecue Sauce.

They Charge Extra for Barbecue Sauce if you want it to go with your chicken sandwich.
Is that a new thing at all Wendy’s?

We went through the drive thru and the food wasn't correct and it was cold. What happened 😕 my family and I use to love this place but.....attention to detail please and damn, don't serve me cold food I know you wouldn't appreciate that. Get a Monster and wake the heck up

Today Wendy's decided to spite me in every way possible. Been coming to this location for as long as it has been here but apparently today is the day they decide to enforce no frosty substitution for the biggie bag. When I asked the manager about it, I guess the kind lady working the drive thru heard it and decided to get my drink wrong, get my sauces wrong, include no straws for our drinks, and when I asked for a drink carrier for the two drinks and two frostys, I'm sure you can guess what they no longer carry. If this was not on purpose, yikes. Either way, will not return to this location likely ever.

Doing this review to let it be know at this location (#00002616/Allyson & Teodora) to ask for your receipt if you pay cash. I wanted an extra side of cranberries for my salad and was told $.60 which I didn’t mind until I asked for my receipt. Along with the receipt I was handed back a quarter and didn’t really hear the explanation because I was taking a phone call but the receipt showed the total was only $.27 why was I told $.60? No idea, however if someone is willing to try and make extra $.33 by being unethical and making up prices to pocket the rest then just be precautionary about paying in cash and not getting a receipt back. At this location you might be over paying. Also for Allyson: I was asking about other options for cheese on the salad and I was told by her Wendy’s only has American, however after looking online there is also cheddar. The cashiers should be a bit more informative and hospitable when being asked about dietary options.

My food was as good as I expected. However, the service was 1/2 good, and 1/2 was not so good. I was one of 3 customers inside the restaurant. I stood at the counter for nearly 5 mins watching employees scurrying around the back end of the kitchen preparing other drive thru customers food while practically ignoring me, only to look at me then keep walking as i was the only one standing at the counter. Finally, the man who came to take my order was extremely kind and apologized for my wait.

So no cheese on my burger. Was very disappointed. Idk if it's flower mound thing or Lewisville. All on the custp of where you turn. But no one gives you cheese. No cheese , especially when you pay for it as extra .and its a sprinkle. Wendy's is my go to since in n out ain't close by .

Retract that . I was in a hurry. I accidentally did put no cheese. I take the humility of that. That's my bad. But no one does cheese tho. Lol. But that was my bad and I'm sorry

I was rushed to order but literally the only customer there at the time. Nobody behind me or inside. Then I'm given a burger which was supposed to have bacon, without any bacon and the meat patties hard and rubbery like they've been sitting for awhile.
