This was by far the worst order we have gotten from this location after many years. 2 of 3 flavors of wings were cold as were the fries. We also ordered our fries well done, and they were barely cooked for a regular order. I think you need to return to preparing orders as they come in instead of trying to get orders out faster. I would rather wait 15 to 20 minutes for hot, fresh food than to get it faster and be very disappointed!

Bad experience, ordered on the phone large fries and blue cheese on Saturday may 24/05 at about 1130, got there at 11:43 they said ordered wasn't ready because they have to make it fresh when is fries, didn't like it but said ok, then 2 minutes later i saw they selling chicken switches i asked if i could order one the lady cashier said no because they were close already, i got really upset because they advertise to be open until 12 am and it was 11/45, so if u owner care about ur business take care about that, i use to work in a pizza plece and when i was working if our door said open till 10 pm didn't matter if a costumer wanted to ordered 2 minutes before closing, i would always take care of them because it was our responsibility because we were telling people we're open till 10 pm, hope this wingtop owner take care of that

They told me 15 minutes which was fine.

Then 3 minutes later delivered wings you couldn't even bite into.

I suspect they were leftovers and were fried twice.

Ordered 6 wings combo, all drums, got charged 1.29 extra, received 5 drums and one flat. Is this really that hard of an order? Come on people, you are making a very strong argument in favor of robots.

BIG Shout OUT to the Flower Mound location. We had placed an order with Grapevine location for a company lunch on Friday. Thirty minutes before we were suppose to receive order, they called us and stated they were having issues and their fryers were down. Things happen, I understand. We called the Flower Mound location asking if they could prepare our big order in a short amount of time, they did and everything turned out great and tasted great. Thank you for your quick service with turn around time! GREAT Service!!
