Ordered 6 wings combo, all drums, got charged 1.29 extra, received 5 drums and one flat. Is this really that hard of an order? Come on people, you are making a very strong argument in favor of robots.

BIG Shout OUT to the Flower Mound location. We had placed an order with Grapevine location for a company lunch on Friday. Thirty minutes before we were suppose to receive order, they called us and stated they were having issues and their fryers were down. Things happen, I understand. We called the Flower Mound location asking if they could prepare our big order in a short amount of time, they did and everything turned out great and tasted great. Thank you for your quick service with turn around time! GREAT Service!!

Only came here twice, both not very good experiences. Food was eh, definitely better locations elsewhere. Main concern is the 15~30 minute wait time along with lack of customer service. Not very friendly either. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

i didnt get my food, when i called for my refund they acted like they were going to get a manager then came back to the phone and repeatedly said "hello" as if he couldn't hear me anymore, then hung up.

I ordered through Wingstop website and they offered delivery. I chose delivery and never received my food. Apparently DoorDash is their delivery service. Someone other than the driver who was to bring me my order took the order. Wingstop employees did not confirm that order was theirs. So now I’m stuck paying for something I didn’t get. They refused to redo my order and have it delivered and said a refund would take several days. The manager did not offer any type of solution . Waiting for call back from owner.

I had been craving wings for 2 weeks so I was so excited for this meal. I didn't know where to go since the goated Wings21 in Roanoke closed, so I'm trying to find another venue.
Service: The people working the front counter were pretty nice.
Price: We spent a bit over $30 on wings with a side of fries for two people.
Now, for the food:
∆ Wings ?
When we received our order, we were stumped. Where's all the wing sauce?? Is that something we now have to order separately?? I'm used to a messy love affair with wings dripping in sauce, so when we saw this, it was pure confusion and disappointment. I just couldn't justify spending another $10 or more to bring the total to almost $50 in hope of acquiring the amount of sauce that should have already been on the wings. So, we were left to choke on virtually dry wings instead.
∆ Fries ?
They gave a good amount of hot, nicely seasoned fries for the large size but they were noodle soft. Personally, I'm a fan of crispy fries, but if you like soft ones, you'll probably really like these.

Vegetarian options: From what I saw (they may have more), they have a few sides, like fries, celery, corn on the cob, and carrots as their veg options but I would double check what the fries and corn are cooked in if you have specific allergies/dietary restrictions.

Order a 15 well done drum only meal for two and get 15 mixed raw and no ranch nor the extra. Called for replacement and when I’m getting ready to go a few days later a guy Ellie says he didn’t work Saturday and it was a Sean and he’ll call me back . Ridiculous and I’m calling the health department because I should not have to wait on a call when I already resolved it Saturday

We followed their instructions on their app and ordered a week in advance for game day pickup. We show up and there’s twenty people waiting too (some of which ordered earlier today) & they don’t have an estimate just “working on it” and could be an hour. They have zero system and they know they take more orders than they can handle because nothing you can do about it once they have your $100. They need to have a “max” allowed order for each pick up time. Maybe they should call chik-fil-a and ask for some help setting something up for next year.
