Food is good, They defiantly could use more seasoning on the fry's and wings. The man I spoke with today that answered the phone was not very nice. I expressed what I was wanting and he went onto a spill of why it was the way it was and I was like, I asked for more because I already know this. Just didn't listen to my needs.

Horrible service they had me waiting on the phone for 40m and when I went up to the restaurant they just said they were short handed and asked me to wait 40 more minutes for an order they could of just said they weren’t taking orders tru the phone instead of having me wait there like stupid !!!

I been staying in Everman fort Worth in the pass 9 years . I give it 5 star because I never had a bad experience in this location ever since . I love my wings and fries so much . The Only bad experience I had it was 1 time and it was only the time I mean I don't mind the time really :) . And I always buy aside of sauce for my wings extra flavor. but I mean there accidents always in fastfood location. Nobody is perfect especially what you paid for.

Terrible experience with this location. I love Wingstop and has always been a go to. However, I will never order from this location again. When my order was delivered over half of the order was missing. I called to follow up and was told I could come and pick up the rest (my order was delivered for a reason) or they would give me part of my money back in 4-8 days. No customer service at all. I asked to speak to the manager, Isaac, and was told “He says he’s busy.” Steer clear of this Wingstop! Plus side the worker I spoke to, Kevin, was super nice and tried his best.
