I been staying in Everman fort Worth in the pass 9 years . I give it 5 star because I never had a bad experience in this location ever since . I love my wings and fries so much . The Only bad experience I had it was 1 time and it was only the time I mean I don't mind the time really :) . And I always buy aside of sauce for my wings extra flavor. but I mean there accidents always in fastfood location. Nobody is perfect especially what you paid for.
Gave me the wrong flavor and tried to tell me that Hickery BBQ is the same as Korean BBQ flavor. They messed up my order and Manager had to look at it and told them it was wrong flavor. Made me late to work, instead of just admitting mistake and cook the order right. Total different look and taste, not the same.

Food is good, They defiantly could use more seasoning on the fry's and wings. The man I spoke with today that answered the phone was not very nice. I expressed what I was wanting and he went onto a spill of why it was the way it was and I was like, I asked for more because I already know this. Just didn't listen to my needs.
