Did not get my fries.

This store has been out of something or refused to sell something every single time I’ve gone. When they do have what I want, it takes at least 15 minutes. Do not go here. I hope it gets replaced with any reliable restaurant.

Grabbing some crispy chicken is the ultimate comfort food. The crunchy skin and juicy meat are a perfect combination. Dipping it in some sauce takes it to another level. It's hard to resist that savory, salty goodness. A chicken feast is always a good idea from this place!

Service is always on point. If you're getting a family meal, they don't mind frying your chicken fresh instead of grabbing it under the heat lamp.

Truth be told, I had the chicken livers in was not totally happy. This really is the first time since they opened up that I didn't give them a five-star rating. The livers were maybe double or triple battered and overcooked in too tough to really enjoy.

Some how my extended hand was not enough for the cashier to give me my receipt vs placing it on the counter and sliding it to me. Message received! I will not be returning.

Loved Bush's back when I lived in TX. On a recent visit, had to stop. Hoped it wouldn't ruin my fond memories. Was happy to find that chicken was as awesome as it was when it started in Waco. Please expand outside of Texas. America needs this chicken.

Tracey is the best server in the entire world. He had quick math and was very nice and friendly, paired with quick and speedy service. 10/10 will be coming back. Make sure y'all ask for Tracey!!

Good chicken, well seasoned. The fries were fresh, the jalapeño poppers were crispy on the outside. The service was quick and easy. We went on Halloween and everyone was in good spirits.

The dark meat chicken was under cooked and all of the chicken had a taste like it wasn’t washed before being cooked. Hard to explain, but the taste and smell wasn’t correct.

The food and service are good but the kitchen/prep area is so incredibly loud it was difficult to hear the cashier. Also, I believe the workers couldn't hear each other because I was given a regular Coke rather than Diet when the cashier was yelling our drink order to the guy working the sodas.

We always love the chicken here. The staff is normally very good. We usually go through the drive thru. Today I went thru the drive thru and the young man that waited on me seemed like he was annoyed that he had to work. Very little eye contact, didn't respond to anything I said. Went thru the motions with very little verbal interaction. When I received my order, I said Thank you twice and he just walked away. It really seemed like I was bothering him. Just a your welcome would have been fine but don't make me feel like I am bothering you. I hope he was just having a bad day.

I have never been inside till today and they had the best ice cream. As you wait for your food. Also the people. All had a groovie attitude. Loved it. I came in with cousin on my cam am I always go thru drive thru. And even with that love the service. And the food is really good. Thank you for your service and great attitude
