As this was my first time in with my girls as they had been there already and bragging on the deliciousness and freshness of each other’s bowl choice i chose the Garlicky chicken bowl and just let me tell you it was so good and fresh as i will be craving this from now on. Besides the freshness of the food as i was greeted by a beautiful young lady that was very knowledgeable of Cava’s products not only served me with a smile but also was very patient and friendly walking me through every step of the way. Because of her and your fresh bowl i will be returning. I went back before i left to ask her name and to thank her for her amazing customer service. Thank you again Breanna, Forney could use more support from people like you in our community..CAVA i will be returning with my friends and family so that Breanna can show them how to order and what a friendly staff you have. She took the time to help me pick the perfect bowl and made sure everything came out just right. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in what she does.

After a long day I was looking forward to my favorite sharwma bowl and Brianna the woman helping made it just how I love it and even suggested the apple mint drink which with the bowl was to die for!! Today I placed an order through the app and spent 20 minutes driving to the restaurant. That should’ve been enough time for them to prepare my order. However, when I arrived, a staff member told me the steak wasn’t ready and asked me to wait. I ended up sitting in my car for over 30 minutes, and no one checked in to ask if I wanted to change my order or let me know how much longer it would take. When my wife finally went inside, we realized they hadn’t even started cooking our order — the staff were just standing around laughing.
