Medium Mac & Cheese… not sure believe the order taker was Lucy? And another lady helped me with a bag for my food with a handle, because I am handicap. I will NOT buy fast food ACCEPT at Chick-Fil-A because it is always clean, correct temperature and professionally prepared with always AWESOME customer respect!

They gave me cold & stale fries, no straw for my milk and large coke. I also didn’t get any of the dipping sauces I asked for. Poor service

Not only was my order wrong (asked for a spicy deluxe fried and got grilled) but between 2 orders I only got 3 sauces.

We come to this location really frequently, and for the first time ever we had a problem with some of our nuggets. There was a spot in them. I called and spoke with Seth. He explained that it was probably a blood spot, but it should’ve never been in there to begin with and for us to bring our “bad” batch up there. We did the following day and Seth himself brought out our new batch- free of charge, and even included a coupon for the next time we came in. He was SO kind, had a smile on his face the whole time and even though it was a bummer that they had to be replaced in the first place, we couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience. Thank you, Seth!!
