Alex was very attentive. This is me and my family’s first time coming to this location and we could say that we are satisfied. He made sure we had refills at all times and that we weren’t missing anything. He was very lovely and a great example of what a server should be like. Shout out to Alex!

Terrible expiration the first time. I took my kids. I decided to give them another try. Failed. They took my money then closed and delayed my refund. Wouldn't even compliment meal the following day. Wasted alot of my time. I won't be back. Their personality is just off. Not friendly. I'm going to Saltgrass.

Hailey was our Waitress: She was FANTASTIC!!! Intelligent, witty, well spoken and Funny as can be !!! Also, and we can’t explain it… But by the time we left, we BOTH felt as if we had known her for years. That’s VERY rare. Just a super nice young lady.

had a good experience, average service. It was a packed house. The server did forget my to go drink but other than that, everything was cool.
Ordered Cajun pasta and the pasta was very dry and not hot. It was cold. Not enough sauce. Ordered a old timer burger and it was overcooked and way to dried out. No chili available anymore. Best thing you had on the menu. Ask for fries to be wrapped in foil so they would be hot when I got home. Foil is too expensive I guess. You would think that for $38.00 they could spare a nickels worth of foil. Fries were stale and tough. I’m done with Chili’s
