If you have $60 to spend on two...just go to literally any other restaurant in Forney. This Chili's is depressing. Its old and dirty and food is just meh. Even the people eating look sad. Its all dark and gloomy.

So disappointed. I ordered a delivery on the chilis website and they sent it through DoorDash. I got several updates through the tracker stating that my order had been picked up, then delivered…except it wasn’t. I called the delivery person and she tells me she doesn’t know why it says that because she never picked up my order. I call the restaurant and they tell me I’ll have to come pick it up myself. Mind you, at this point I waited an HOUR for my food so now I have to go get it myself, which tacked on another hour because I had to drive in from Crandall. You do the math…by the time I got home with $100 worth of food, it was cold. I contacted DoorDash for the issue and they give me the runaround telling me that since I ordered it through the chilis website that I have to contact the store directly for a refund. I have filled out the online form and not heard anything back yet. Would it be that serious if it were a $20 order? Maybe not. But I spent $100 on this order (including tip), AND I had to go pick it up myself..AND it was cold because they couldn’t be bothered to remake the food knowing it had been sitting there for TWO hours. Never again will I be spending any money at this location

The worst chilis by far. The manager that runs this place and its employees must be miserable that’s the only reason they act the way they do. Massive Power Trip personalities at this location.
The cooks here have skills and could easily compete with Gordon Ramsey.

We had an amazing experience at Chili’s thanks to our server, Sarah. She was incredibly respectful, kind, and attentive from start to finish. Honestly, she’s one of the nicest servers we’ve ever had 😊 She made sure we had everything we needed and checked in on us at the perfect times without ever being overbearing. Our service was truly outstanding, and Sarah made our visit so enjoyable. Thank you, Sarah, for making our meal such a great experience — we will definitely be coming back!

We ordered off of Doordash not even going to bother them. Asked for no onions it was loaded with onions. That's not even the problem. My burger was a literal piece of charcoal it was so overcooked. Please view pictures. Like come on guys be real you lucky I don't drive by and throw it through the window.
