Awful experience. I made an online order expecting to have my order correctly since they have it written down on a sticker. Well seems like not even worthy waiting on digital lane for more than 10 min if my order is going to be all wrong. I'm writing because this is NOT the first time. First time I let it pass by because I do understand they can be busy, but come on please at least make sure the order is complete and correctly before handling to us, your customers.

Foods alright not bad, not great. The service and atmosphere it crap. There is trash everywhere, every table is dirty. There is food all over the floor, trash cans full. Place is filthy as hell it's almost comical it's so bad.

The sofritas were gross and dry; however, they changed them out for me. The staff wasn't super friendly. Just need some brushing up customer service skills, I think. The food was really good, though!
Vegetarian options: I think only the black beans are veggie and then of course, the sofritas!! They are sooo danged good, y'all!!

I had to update my review. I used to come in 2-3 times a week. Since the new management took over, this location is constantly out of something and has become a no-no. I have not once come in where they are not out of some protein, no matter what time I come in. Tables are also left dirty and trash piled up. I'm starting to come in less and less.

I came here to eat chipotle on 02/2/2025 around 7:30 pm there was manger there that I did not get the name of , this location is the worst location I ever been to. Let’s start from the beginning… I walked in and it already seem a bit of all the workers went to the back then there was only one worker in the line working and a manger that slowly taking there time making the orders ,2nd the food was SO BLAND NO SEASONING. The lettuce wasn’t even chopped upper correctly, but most of all what disappointed me was the portion size that of the protein there were serving have a portion of protein and when I mentioned it to the manger she rolled her eyes and said nothing , as if she doesn’t speak English “Hispanic woman” middle age the meat was chopped up very small. I just wanted to inform the owner and this location of what happened and should take a closer look what is going on in the store . I never been to a chipotle where it was problem with full portion servings issues. I asked for more and they want to charge me I said no and continue with the order , it was not even the protein that was a problem it was the sides as well , I kept asking for more and I shouldn’t have to do that. The rice was not good as well , it was to much lime in it which it made it even more undesirable! I really upset because the amount of protein was given. “Child’s portion sizing” I never seen a chipotle that was so greedy over portioning sizing , if your store is not equipped to operate well I say it should be shut down. , sincerely a former police resident that resides nearby!!!!! -__ -

Been through their drive through many times and they’re so slow. This is specifically for when you order off the app and go through the drive through. They have all the orders there and don’t bother to just ask for your name and hand us our food.. like it’s already packed!! And their food is a hit or miss. Sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s bad. Had better at different locations.
