“It breaks my heart to post this because I really do love Cowboy Chicken—I eat at the Murphy location at least twice a month (and the guys at Christian Brothers do too!). My wife and I recently stopped in at the Forney store for lunch. The food was good as always, but the dining area wasn’t clean. We had to wipe down our own table, boxes were stacked in the dining area, and the floor was covered with food.
I know the restaurant business isn’t easy, which made it tough to leave 4 stars instead of 5. Hoping this was just an off day, because I really enjoy Cowboy Chicken and want to keep coming back.”

If Your shift ends at nine.You shouldn't let everybody in your dining room know we are not welcome at 8:30 pm. super unprofessional!! Edit: came back to try again at 7:30 AM. And they're out of chicken!! Aren't you a chicken establishment!!?!?! EDIT: Tried a 3rd time... Went through the drive, through couldn't even get through the order. The drive through attendant is extremely rude and impatient. Nobody is in line.Why are you rushing me! I decided not to order never again!!! Close the place down at this point

We waited an hour for our food on a day that wasn’t very busy. By the time we got it, the Mac and cheese was cold and there were no rolls. They later brought us the rolls, but we had to ask multiple times about the desserts we ordered. We paid extra for ice cream with the cobbler and didn’t get it. Very disappointed in this restaurant, the first time we came (also on a weekday) it was not this bad.
Their to go food comes in styrofoam and when you get it the top of the styrofoam box is melted because of the chicken being so hot, which is very toxic. I know businesses do this to save money but it’s very unhealthy to consume food with styrofoam melted within it.

The food there is amazing I always get a good laugh & friendly service. I love how clean they keep it & how they always make sure that I’m satisfied. Cristian & Aj are the best I love going in knowing that they are there because they know exactly how I like my food & it’s always on point. Amazing job guys. I would recommend this place anytime.

Always dine with friends after church on Sundays. Management is always friendly, helpful and accommodating. Food is always piping hot and delicious! I always get the chicken breast. I love that they have refillable cups.
