My experience with Cowboy Chicken was terrible. They forgot a portion of my order and retaliated by putting a huge chunk of cheese that should have been shredded in my bowl.

I placed a Thanksgiving order on the 21st of November. I ordered stuffing for 30 people and sweet potatoes for 20 people. I requested to pick them up on November 27th at 8:45 p.m. I received a callback from AJ on November 23rd verifying my order. He confirmed my order and told me I would be given instructions on how to heat them when I picked them up.
I arrived today at 8:00 pm and waited until 8:39 pm to go inside and pick up my order. I gave them my name and the items I ordered, and the young man told me they were running out of things because people were placing orders all day. I told him that I placed my order 8 days ago. They couldn't find my order. I showed them my email confirmation, let them listen to the voicemail message I received from AJ, and showed them the call log of when I called AJ back and spoke with him. After waiting a while, they handed me a bag with four pans inside. Two pans of stuffing, two pans of sweet potatoes, one cup filled with packs of butter, and one cup of brown sugar. No instructions. If I can include pictures of what each pan has inside, I will do so because you know I took photos for evidence.
Also, when I placed the order, I paid the entire amount for everything that day. What I received in each pan: The stuffing is dry with no gravy, and I only received 1 1/2 of the stuffing. My sweet potatoes are dry. I paid over $100.00 and got treated like trash and given scraps of leftovers. I am disappointed and will NEVER eat at Cowboys Chicken. Neither will all the people I know. I will post my review everywhere because you all ruined my participation in my family’s Thanksgiving. TERRIBLE. The employees that worked today, November 27th, at 8:00 pm are horrible people. Two other individuals had the same problem, too, while I was there. They all lack consideration, integrity and lack good customer service. I had to go to Walmart and buy ingredients to cook something tomorrow for Thanksgiving. I want to be reimbursed for the inconvenience, stressful situation, and the unconsumable product I was distastefully given.

Chicken is good and that’s all. Cole slaw was very salty. Green beans are microwaved. Double baked potato is not good at all. Place is not very clean.

Not sure I will ever go back. I waited over hour for my food. When I asked for an update because I didn’t see my ticket, the guy at the counter said my ticket is probably in a pile he isn’t suppose to touch them. I waited over an hour. The people that came in after me were already getting their food. While my ticket was nowhere to be found. I wish someone would have just said something to me instead of letting me wait.

I got the family brisket and they are really tight with the meat. I payed 54 for the family meal and it look like it's just enough for two and half sandwiches. If that. I asked one of the workers is this all get? She says yea likes that enough and just turn around and act like she didn't care.

Someone added way too much “Texas Dust” to my salad, it comes with it but this was way too much!

The girl in the drive thru used my rewards dollars without asking me. She never wants to scan the app, instead she asks for my phone # and then doesn’t listen when I give it to her 3x’s!

I was in this place on 9/27/2024, got there around 6 something pm I did not get order until after 8pm the food was COLD and the restroom was very dirty, the seem to have looked over my order so I went to counter around four times asking about order and all I was told it was coming soon so I would advise anyone to to eat there it seems the staff is over work or they just don't care, bad for business. So I rate this place without a STAR.

I ordered food from door dash and did not receive all of my food! It is the restaurants job to make sure my whole meal and order is in the bag. When I called the store the general manager wanted to argue with me stating they placed everything in the bag and clearly they had not. They weren't willing to help me and make things right! I will not order from there again!!!
