First off, they’re advertising “new” things they don’t have. This is not the first time. I ordered 2 items of ice cream, and it was very slow. Everyone working was trying to eat at the same time, and acted like the customers were bothering them. My order was to go, the sundae came without a lid, so I had to ask for that, and a bag, which was just handed to me like I was inconveniencing them

If I could write a 0 star review I could. I’ve been living at Forney all my life and have always bought cakes and blizzards from this store since they had the original building to the one new now. Today, I was refused the service to have written ‘Happy Birthday’ for my kid’s cake. Unreasonable having 6 people there. When I asked to have the jelly given to me to write it, the “manager” said no. I was going to purchase the $40 cake plus an order for 8 people so she preferred to lose a whole family of clients. What a dissapointment!

Order was messed up. Asked for ketchup got none for two orders thru drive thru. Ask for a honey mustard got it but did not get my gravy. This is the best DQ in Texas and they are better than this. Come on.

I've been frequenting this Dairy Queen since 1993, when we moved to Forney. We had to have ice cream every week - we had to have the incredible hamburgers every week - we had to have the iced tea, the baskets, the huge sodas and chocolate malts every month. Thank you for consistent and fast service in the drive through also. What a great DQ right by us!

I ordered a # 1 with cheese and NO ONIONS 🧅 and Dry. Every time I order this in the drive through they always mess it up. When I go inside they get it right each and every time. It takes a lil more time going in but it’s worth it if you have time. Pictures say’s it all They guy at the window wanted me to park no one was behind me but there was a car in-front of me waiting blocking me so I couldn’t!

We love this Dairy Queen, but, tonight our two large chocolate shakes were nothing but chocolate milk and the fries were cold.
I PLACED AN ORDER OFF OF GRUBHUB!! I ORDERED TWO 8 PIECE STEAK FINGER BASKETS WITH TEXAS SIZE TATER TOTS INSTEAD OF FRIES AND NO SUGAR ADDED DILLY BARS. MY ORDER WAS COMPLETELY WRONG!!! I CALLED THE STORE I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. THE LADY THAT ANSWERED STATED THAT SHE WAS ONE OF THE MANAGERS. I TOLD HER MY NAME AND I PROCEED TO TELL HER WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY ORDER. IMMEDIATELY SHE BEGAN BY TELLING ME THAT IT WASN'T HER PROBLEM THAT MY ORDER WAS MADE INCORRECTLY AND THAT I NEEDED TO TAKE THAT UP WITH GRUBHUB TO GET A REFUND. I TOLD HER THAT THEY ALREADY GAVE ME THE REFUND AND I WAS JUST CALLING TO LET HER KNOW THAT NO ONE PAID ATTENTION TO MY ORDER WHEN IT CAME IN.
