Stopped here to eat, worst mistake ever, 2 combos of chicken steaks fingers 6 piece with extra large drinks fries and onion rings. Guy at front counter with his bible on the counter expressing his bad day. Food was cold fries were hard and chicken fingers were disgusting full of fat. I have had them before and these at this location were disgusting. Waste of time and money over $30.00 dollars and had to throw it away.

I will say this. The classic DQ feeling and atmosphere is dead and gone. The food is good, but not like it was. And you have to make sure you check your food for accuracy i.e. you got everything the way you ordered, and all items are there. There is nothing like paying for food you never received or not getting it the way you ordered it. But besides that, it's not the worst. Better than McDonald's.

Shout out to LINDA!!! We were visiting family out in Texas for the first time all the way from Seattle, Washington, and had such a humbling experience thanks to Linda! Our Family of 10!!! all wanted some yummy dessert so we visited DQ and Linda was so patient, super thorough with our very large order. She made sure to listen to each kids request, repeated our order and made sure no one was left out! Such a kind soul. She made the experience feel not just like any other experience and we appreciated that. Super attentive even during our sit, made sure everything was to perfection. Outstanding customer service and delicious ice cream. Definitely recommend people visiting this exact location.PS! The banana split was so yummy, I felt like a kid all over again!

My first ever Google review lolI just want to say that i think yall do an amazing job and out of all of 2023 I had maybe 2 semi bad experiences out of many great ones and I'm honestly just impressed. My personal go to spot. If you have the time, I definitely recommend the spicy tenders for as long as they have them. I order them every time and they have come out amazing every time. 10/10Yall are awesome! - Steven

Terrible service at night. A bunch of kids working that mess up everyone’s orders and play around in the kitchen.EDIT: I would like to file a complaint against the manager Linda. I have sent in several emails and received no response!

This worst dariy queen I've visited. They missed my order up twice in the same visit. I was told they would put my name in the mystical "book" for a future visit. I came back to get my order and my name is not in the "book". The assistant manager Linda was loud and rude just like the night I visited. However, she was not the person to right my name on the "book". There's a bunch of kids working which is fine if they can fix your order RIGHT!

I’ve frequented Dairy Queen however these last 3 times have been very disappointing. I called prior to ask them to change out the mixed greens for shredded lettuce. The other person rudely said uh they already fixed it. Then when I got it the lettuce was yellowish. It was warm and soggy. The grilled chicken was dry. It was as if it had been sitting up.

On our way into this location, my mother in law fell tonight. At her age, her skin is paper thin, and in the course of falling, she tore a large section of her arm. I was unable to get her up on my own, and Linda helped me get her up and into the store. Where, Linda cleaned and bandaged her wound. Please give Linda our thanks and let her know we did go to the hospital. Thankfully, no stitches were needed, and she is going to be just fine.

This is a new location right next to the old one.Dairy Queens in the small towns are usually better than in big city areas. Hope this one continues to make fresh burgers as it was delicious.
