I drove all the way from rockwall to get the texas bbq dillas even paid for the Gorilla size so i could share it literally HAD ZERO BBQ sauce on it ill post a picture not a drizzle it was sooo dry!! It was almost $30!!! I parked and walked in and asked nicely for some bbq she then says yes no problem but we charge for it, i said i can understand charging for extra sauce but i paid almost $30 and it has nothing and she wanted to explain to me what a drizzle was you can not even get taste of bbq i can promise you that. Then lets talk about how little the amount of meat was, i LOVE dillas and have never had this issue with any other location. I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

I ordered food in the drive-thru, but the attitude from the lady on the mic made me drive off before even picking it up. From the start, she was rude and acted like taking my order was a problem. She never greeted me and seemed more interested in talking than doing her job. The lady I had this encounter with had on a grey shirt.
When I pulled up, there were three ladies inside, all African American, just sitting there looking at me and talking to each other like I was disturbing their girls’ night. This was my first time at this location, and sadly it will be my last. It was best I drove off.
If you don’t want to work in fast food, don’t stay and take it out on customers. I ended up going somewhere else and spending my money with people who actually wanted to work and treated me with respect.

gave this place a second chance and the second time was worse. customer service was horrible. food was lukewarm, my queso had a very unusual texture . the chicken quesadilla was very bland with the very thick glue like cheese. i couldnt even finish it..

Wanted to share our experience! We’re Hello Sydney moving to forney in Sept and decided to try out Dillas Quesadillas tonight — and wow, we’re so glad we did! The service was absolutely fantastic. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Now let’s talk about the food — DELICIOUS! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The biggest surprise? My husband, who is notoriously picky and “doesn’t like anything,” enjoyed everything on his plate. As a wife, that is a major win! My husband asks you please not change the guac or jalapeño ranch recipe!
We’re always looking for great local spots to support, and thanks to the outstanding service and quality of food, Dillas has definitely earned a spot on our go-to list. We will absolutely be back!

Ordered a gorilla size Plain-o with chicken and steak. Ended up only getting very little chicken and no steak. I only got salsa when I asked for jalapeno ranch. I was definitely charged for a upgraded meal but didn't get it. Very disappointed, won't be going back.
