I ordered a five cheese dip with my pizza order. The dip came so burnt you couldn’t even eat it or dip it for that matter.
I called the store for a refund and he would only give me a credit on my next order! THIS WAS MY LAST ORDER! Just refund the money! Do the right thing by your customers. We pay decent money to eat out nowadays.
It took 2 hours for pizza to arrive. When I called to get an update, I was put on hold for 14 minutes with no answer.
This is the 2nd time I've had issues. Very unprofessional.
