They will not answer the phone. They were over an hour late delivering my food that I ordered for the kids lunch. They ended up missing lunch. I need a full return this is the crappiest Dominos in Forney ever!!!

This place is a joke I placed an order online and they canceled it stating that someone called and said they were canceling the order and gave my first name which is John to that they just canceled without contacting me or anything then told me the money should be back in a few days but id have to pay again to get the order and there wasn’t anything they would do but they were sorry they messed up. That’s ridiculous due to their mistake I have to pay 2 times and wait days to get it back that’s not how customer service is supposed to work.

I absolutely hate this location. I for the life for me cant understand why their phones never work, they constantly over cook my pizza, you guys need to get it together! I filed a complaint with corporate but they are a franchise so I have to go through the owners and my complaint was escalated, but dealing with y'all location is so annoying! DO BETTER!

Hi, I had to share my experience from top to bottom after taking my lil cousins’ to the movies! It was about 4 of us and, We decided to grab some pizzas to celebrate how awesome seeing the predator was! We arrived at this location with the attention to still get fed because we saw the lights still on, with the “OPEN” sign still bright and functioning! Many know that sometimes dominos is open late, so it was an easy mistake thinking that dominos had normal business hours at 12:55 on Wednesday morning! I didn’t get the clerks name, but upon our arrival I asked was the store still open! THE CLERK, her ATTITUDE WAS rude, RUDE, rudeeeee! No one can justify to me what we just experienced, she proceeded to put us OUT the store with the most upsetting demeanor, and told my cousin and I to “read the sign, that they were clearly closed” I personally don’t believe it was our fault! The DOOR was unlocked and THE SIGN STILL ON! My purpose of this review is to state that ( you are a customer service professional from start to finish, and the expectation was NOT MET none what so ever) ! When normal business hours permits we will be returning to speak with a higher up, and service with this store will not be going any further. I’m highly disappointed AT THIS LOCATION so close to home and, another young man tried to come and make sense of her behavior! He actually didn’t make it any better because his response to me as I told him I will make reports was “Good Luck With That”! Dominos on Ranch ROAD I highly recommend you let Papa John’s take your place in that parking lot and that’s my honest OBSERVATION! Merry MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Service was horrible, the young lady working the register gave me the wrong order. Her customer service sucked big time. I’ll take my money elsewhere. All I wanted was my Parmesan wings not Habanero hot wings.

My order status was ready...yet I had to 8 more minutes when I arrived. Make matters worse, when my pizza came out, it was sitting outside, I had to go ask for it again. Used to be a good pizza place.

May be it's new management??? Saw lots of new faces!

Truly awful experience. The pizza took 2.5 hours to arrive when we live a mile away from the store. I called to check 3 times on where it was and was lied to every time. There only so many time it’s being “put in the car now”. When I asked the driver about it he seemed annoyed I even said anything and mumbled something about being short staffed. If that’s the case, fine but at least set proper expectations. The food was obviously cold. I called to request a refund and the horrible lady who answers the phone either hangs up or sets the phone down so I can’t actually get through to anyone. Is there a manager or an actual adult that works here? Never coming back.

We’ve ordered from this Domino’s location multiple times, but our last experience was beyond unacceptable. The pizzas took nearly 2 hours to arrive, and when they finally showed up, they were ice cold—completely inedible. No apology was offered, no compensation provided, and no effort made to make things right.

To make matters worse, when we tried calling to address the issue, our calls were either ignored or went unanswered—likely because they recognized our number via caller ID. This level of disregard for customers is appalling.

We’re done with this Domino’s. We’ll be taking our business to a pizzeria that values customer service and delivers hot, fresh food. Save your money and avoid this location.
