My order status was ready...yet I had to 8 more minutes when I arrived. Make matters worse, when my pizza came out, it was sitting outside, I had to go ask for it again. Used to be a good pizza place.
May be it's new management??? Saw lots of new faces!
Truly awful experience. The pizza took 2.5 hours to arrive when we live a mile away from the store. I called to check 3 times on where it was and was lied to every time. There only so many time it’s being “put in the car now”. When I asked the driver about it he seemed annoyed I even said anything and mumbled something about being short staffed. If that’s the case, fine but at least set proper expectations. The food was obviously cold. I called to request a refund and the horrible lady who answers the phone either hangs up or sets the phone down so I can’t actually get through to anyone. Is there a manager or an actual adult that works here? Never coming back.

We’ve ordered from this Domino’s location multiple times, but our last experience was beyond unacceptable. The pizzas took nearly 2 hours to arrive, and when they finally showed up, they were ice cold—completely inedible. No apology was offered, no compensation provided, and no effort made to make things right.
To make matters worse, when we tried calling to address the issue, our calls were either ignored or went unanswered—likely because they recognized our number via caller ID. This level of disregard for customers is appalling.
We’re done with this Domino’s. We’ll be taking our business to a pizzeria that values customer service and delivers hot, fresh food. Save your money and avoid this location.

The service at this location needs improvement. The attitude and unfriendliness of the employee I interacted today needs to be trained on proper customer service! No paying customer should have to deal w rude service.

Tried to call in an order to a very familiar place in forney and the kid had no clue where I was talking about I knew the street and the locations less than a mile and a half from the Domino's. The young man taking the order was named Francisco and he seemed like he was confused 🤔 and lacked communication skills and I asked him if he's been homeschooled because he had no clue about how to look anything up and did not want to help at all. I had a large order of five pepperoni pizzas that we had to call somewhere else because this kid could not even make an effort .

Order was wrong . Sent my son outside to receive the order and the driver told my son to back up and give him his space and continued to have a nasty attitude with him for no reason ! We definitely kept our tip . Dominos need to train there employees on customer service!

When you have a bad experience entering into the establishment that mean everything else deserves a one-star. When I first walked into this place there are three employees standing around preparing food no one greeted me coming in the door when I was the only customer in the restaurant. On top of that I stood there at least a minute or two before someone came to take my order and that person didn't even say hello. This is very poor work ethic coming from customer service. I told the young man that was taking my order what happened and he just looked I said well would you suggest a pizza for me what you think I should get he told me the Memphis barbecue Pizza okay I ordered that I also ordered a drink and then I asked after I paid can I have a receipt. He then told me that the receipt comes out with your order.. I'm just trying to make it common sense how they going to remember that it's my order if I don't have proof to show them what I paid for. So we're going to see how this goes. But I'm standing there watching the receipts pull out of the receipt printer and I still did not receive one. What I want to do is have a stranger going there and tell them they name is Sandra and get my order to see if they going to give it to them this is horrible. I used to love going to Domino's when I was out at the one in Dallas but now I'm not going to ever return back here again Domino's don't have to worry about getting my business no more. This was very unprofessional I don't care if it is a restaurant they should be the main ones they treat their customer with the utmost hospitality throughout all industries in corporate America 🤕

This location always feels like chaos. Curbside delivery hardly ever works, more often than not I give up and go in for my order (which is fine? But not the convenience I ordered). Toppings are slim, and lava cakes? Expect a dusting of sugar on 1/3, not consistency. Quality is just consistently subpar for their ever-increasing prices.

I was overcharged on the app. I couldn't cancel online, and calling kept getting disconnected. I had to drive there to cancel the order and get a refund. The manager was nice and did return quickly
I had placed an order for delivery, my food never showed up, and instead of replacing my food they basically told me I was out of luck! I have a doorbell camera so I know there was no one that came to my door because I can check! Nothing was done to replace my food and they had the nerve to say that someone probably stole my food! I know this happens to people but it did not happen to me, very disappointed and will not be using this place again!
