I’ve had pizza from this dominos many times, I wish I’d send all the reviews that people made regarding the workers not wearing gloves while preparing the food. I got food poisoning from this location. Never coming back again.

Good food just very rude and laggish workers, at least on a Sunday night. Our order was ready 10 minutes before we arrived and it took them a long time for them to give them to my boyfriend & gave attitude about adding a couple sides of sauce (obviously willing to pay).

The pizzas are not the same. I don't know if they have changed vendors for the food because the meat and cheese taste more bland. I buy food different time and still the same taste.

A was told my order would take 30 min and it took over an hour to receive it. I called and they said my pizza had just gotten out of the oven and that the driver was already outside waiting for my order (so it wouldn't be long to receive) took them 30 min to deliver it. I asked the driver for crushed pepper and Parmesan cheese packages (that I had told them to add when I placed my order) and she said "we don't carry that" ok.....

Placed order online then notice that 90 plus minutes for delivery I called 18 times until they answer the phone while I was driving from dallas to forney. I was serious 7 mins away when they finally answer the phone and told me that my order was barely going in to the oven. By this time it was already 45-50 min since I place the order. When I get there the parking lot is empty, I look inside the store and they have like 7 people, 3 of them just standing there. I call from the parking lot to see if they would answer and they just standing there. That’s horrible costumer service. I get inside and I’m guessing the manager was the only one that said hi to me. A heavy set girl walks to the counter to take care of me with the most unpleasant face expressions I have ever seen. No “please or thank you.” On her vocabulary. Like I was a area coach for Pizza Hut I know how costumer service should’ve been. They didn’t offer anything for my inconvenience, no credit or anything. Not even an apology.On top of that…. The pizza was made with old dough and my 5 year old niece can do a better job at cutting it. Completely uneven and not even cut all the way.

Ordered online and kept getting an error message with the store number. Called the number. Hated the automated system, I had said for delivery and when I hung up it said “ready for pickup in 30 minutes” so I call And get ahold of a nice girl who changed it to delivery for me. Then after we hang up I get A call 15 minutes later from Domino’s off Helms Trail asking for money because my order was transferred. With my address, that was all the way across Forney and I asked him why they would be delivering to me. He runs my address and confirms that his store doesn’t deliver to me and says nevermind for payment that he’ll send it back. An hour and a half goes by and still no order. I call Ranch Rd Domino’s and tell another worker what’s happened. He said my order was picked up for delivery already. Then he said “actually hold on, I’m not sure how it happened but your order was voided and refunded. Im sorry about that.” Knowing this dude probably didn’t do it himself, I said thanks and hung up. No phone call or email that my order was voided. Ended up ordering Cici’s. Probably won’t chance it with this one again.

Online system sucks how bout an update txt or email. Call store on Saturday night of course your busy. But an hour behind and no auto response to say that you just payed $50 bucks and it's going to 2hrs delay is unacceptable. But the real hilarious part is a call the location to see exactly what a pizza is and the young lady had the audacity to say we don't respond to anyone that place an order online because we're super busy. Duh, all I want is to know why in the hell am I dealing with an automated responder (AI) and it can't give me a guesstimated update , that's what I'm paying for (delivery charge).

Their service was horrible. I got the wrong pizza they put barbecue on my pizza. My friend is allergic to barbecue and we were not able to enjoy our pizza. We called them three or two times and nobody picked up Also, we had brownies and they were under cook when we beat them. It was raw and soft It was not cooked in the middle at all
