FENG CHA - Forney

Visited this location after dinner for a sweet treat. Found this location on Google and was glad I did. The staff were very nice and the location was very clean. My family and I can't wait to visit again.

Very nice sized portions of food and seasoned well. Tasty dishes overall. You won't be disappointed.

I always like Feng Cha in Rowlett and decided to stop by the Forney location when I passed by it. I can’t taste the tea or even a hint of tea in the oolong milk tea or the Jasmine milk tea. Tastes just like water with sugary creamer.

I don’t write reviews but after visiting this little gem of a place I just had to share my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the kindest, warmest welcome. The two young ladies working there are absolute sweethearts. So patient, so polite, and just full of sunshine!
They always greet you with a smile and even offer little samples of the toppings, which I thought was just the loveliest touch. My favorite is the boba. My daughter can’t get enough of the coffee jelly!
If I could give them more than five stars, I surely would. The drinks are simply delicious. I especially enjoyed the dirty boba. And bless those girls, they were so kind in helping me choose something I’d like. They didn’t rush me or make me feel silly! They just made me feel welcome. It’s rare to find such genuine kindness these days. This little shop is a treasure!

If you don’t tip before the service they will purposely forget your order. The one with the long dark curly hair couldn’t care less that she forgot. No apologies and no accountability. Just beware and dont order with her I guess, order with the computer instead.

I picked up an order for my mother yesterday, and before then I had never heard of this place, or even had a flavoured tea, I got the cookies and creme tea, and I was actually surprised by how good it tasted.

Don't even get me started on the service, such a nice lady at the counter, gave me a bag with the two drinks I ordered, and I went to get some straws after taking the bag, before I could even grab one She said "No worries I already put straws in there". For once I felt outpaced by a food/drink worker, which is a very rare instance. 🤣

Nonetheless I got in and out within a minute or so, and figured out the genius behind the bag she gave me (confused me at first to be honest), the middle of the bag had been taped, which prevented the drinks from tipping over, even better the cups and lids were very durable, I didn't even have to worry if they had managed to tip over.

I'm keeping the food at a 4 star because I only had one drink, one time, and I've yet to even see the full menu lol.

I would recommend going here!

We ordered the Thai Milk tea and it was just awful. It tasted like someone had blended a cigarette into the drink.
