Love it here the drinks are amazing and the drinks look so delicious

I've been coming here for a few years now. Drinks are good and service is good

I don’t write reviews but after visiting this little gem of a place I just had to share my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the kindest, warmest welcome. The two young ladies working there are absolute sweethearts. So patient, so polite, and just full of sunshine!
They always greet you with a smile and even offer little samples of the toppings, which I thought was just the loveliest touch. My favorite is the boba. My daughter can’t get enough of the coffee jelly!
If I could give them more than five stars, I surely would. The drinks are simply delicious. I especially enjoyed the dirty boba. And bless those girls, they were so kind in helping me choose something I’d like. They didn’t rush me or make me feel silly! They just made me feel welcome. It’s rare to find such genuine kindness these days. This little shop is a treasure!

If you don’t tip before the service they will purposely forget your order. The one with the long dark curly hair couldn’t care less that she forgot. No apologies and no accountability. Just beware and dont order with her I guess, order with the computer instead.

I picked up an order for my mother yesterday, and before then I had never heard of this place, or even had a flavoured tea, I got the cookies and creme tea, and I was actually surprised by how good it tasted.

Don't even get me started on the service, such a nice lady at the counter, gave me a bag with the two drinks I ordered, and I went to get some straws after taking the bag, before I could even grab one She said "No worries I already put straws in there". For once I felt outpaced by a food/drink worker, which is a very rare instance. 🤣

Nonetheless I got in and out within a minute or so, and figured out the genius behind the bag she gave me (confused me at first to be honest), the middle of the bag had been taped, which prevented the drinks from tipping over, even better the cups and lids were very durable, I didn't even have to worry if they had managed to tip over.

I'm keeping the food at a 4 star because I only had one drink, one time, and I've yet to even see the full menu lol.

We ordered the Thai Milk tea and it was just awful. It tasted like someone had blended a cigarette into the drink.

Best boba around. The taro milk tea is a my favorite. I can't get boba from anywhere else now! So good and service is fast.

Nonetheless I got in and out within literally a minute or so, and figured out the genius behind the bag (confused me to be honest), the middle inside of the bag had been taped or something to make basically two spots for the drinks to go, which prevented the drinks from tipping over, even better was the cuos the drinks were in, very durable and the lids as well I didn't even have to worry if they tipped over in the slightest.

I'm keeping the food at a 4 star because I only had one drink one time and I've yet to even see the full menu lol.

Had better in Mesquite and Dallas locations. The workers were friendly but they not sure how to make it and one lady does not understand English. These milk teas had no taste and watered down. I bought cookies and cream milk tea and they tasted like cold chai. It was so nasty I had to remodify my way. And the Taro milk tea is very watered down too. Won't come back to the Forney location. Forney location foods and drinks are not good. Waste of money.

Vegetarian options: I was surprised they now have oat milk as an option. I really loved it cuz I'm vegan?

Kid-friendliness: They have a lot of different treats for the kids and a lot of different drinks with Boba the kids like that don’t have caffeine in it.

The service here is severely lacking and the staff act as if they really don't want to be there. I'll spend my money at an establishment that treats customers with kindness and respect.

The flavors mixed really well but the only complain I have is the boba. It’s kinda hard.
They need to be softer.
