The rest of the crew thank you for all your hard work. The chicken fried rice taste good nothing like Chicago Chinese sorry I can't find a place that can make it as good or close but loved your efforts.

We recently moved to the area and were looking for a new Chinese restaurant. Although the phone order experience was unfriendly, we decided to give it a try. Upon arrival, the white woman at the register, greeted us with a unfriendly 'how can I help you' without a smile or hello. The Chinese staff member who took the person behind me order seemed pretty pleased. The food was generally good, with the orange chicken being a highlight. However, the restaurant needs to work on their staff's attitude.

I've been eating at Hong Kong Express for what seems like 20 years, I think. I have never had a poor experience, and the food is always hot and fresh, even with delivery. The egg rolls/spring rolls in particular have good flavor and are crunchy/fresh. The good is seasoned evenly, not too salty or bland. As for the service, they get busy so there's not a lot of time to chit-chat, but they are never rude, always pleasant even when feeling rushed. The price/quality is well-balanced. I will always be a customer.
