Terrible. We have a big family and we usually support small business but for some odd reason our oldest requested this place. Bad mistake. The service was slow. My kids ordered food because of the photos on the stupid menu and they don’t even get that like whipped cream on their pancakes. The fruit is nasty canned fruit. I ordered a blt and she told me to get the smaller one because it’s cheaper but I wanted the sourdough bread so I ordered the bigger one that advertises a TON of bacon and it had two pieces on it. We asked for syrup and it came after she took three orders of new customers and brought them their food. So we are just waiting to eat. She brought us our check after we were sitting there for 15 min waiting. It was an outrageous $70 all of our waters were almost $3 ( our kids don’t drink soda or juice not cause we are cheap) I didn’t even get a chance to look at the rest of the receipt because I was consumed by being charged for water. Lol I’m sure she charged us for the whipped cream we had to ask for when the pancakes were supposed to come with it. The waitress sacrificed her tip when I asked her about the water. So idk if this company is telling their employees to make money by charging for water and making sure to only out two French fries on a plate and not putting bacon like advertised because it’s too expensive. You will lose employees because they aren’t getting tipped for the terrible service. Overall we won’t go back and I’ll tell my family and friends not to go ❤️

Yeah go ahead and let Mary retire. She is over the customer service part. You will continue to lose customers because of her. She’s extremely rude. Old or not you should know common courtesy especially working with the public. Food looked disgusting. I tossed my to go order in the trash just because of how it looked. Will not return.

Absolutely terrible. First off, we weren't greeted when we walked in, we were waved over from across the restaurant by a waitress who had a very poor attitude. She was about 15 feet in front of us before she just tossed some menus on a table and walked away as if we knew exactly where we were being seated. She came back 5 minutes later and asked us what we wanted to drink and immediately we knew that she wouldn't know what table-side manners were if they hit her in the face. The food was about a 3/10. The only reason we got the waitress's name, which was Mary btw, was because the cook yelled out her name when our food was done. The entire time we waited for our food, all we could see was her sitting down at a table in the back of the restaurant coughing, sneezing, and blowing her nose without washing her hands once. When we got our food, she didn't ask us if we needed anything additional, she just went to her purse in plain sight and grabbed a cigarette, put it in her mouth and walked out the back door. Needless to say, I do not recommend this place to anyone. Go to Nina's Brunch just around the corner. It's a world of a difference.

Do not order from this place I just ordered the smokehouse platter with double damn bacon and this place insisted on giving me sausage patties and bacon. I do not like nor eat sausage patties period that’s why my order asked for double bacon. Yet again trying to spoil me and my mother with breakfast it backfires. I forgot this the same place that messed up my last uber order. My mistake huddle house for supporting your business once again. Never will I ever support this place. My apologies for wasting my money and time.

Went in with coworkers during slow hours at 12 PM. The restaurant was mostly empty, but the waitress who seated us was unwelcoming. She was rude and interruptive while taking our orders, but we brushed it off and started discussing work, 30 minutes in we noticed there was no scent of food in the air, no sounds of cooking from the kitchen, and our waitress was nowhere in sight. With half of our hour-long break already gone and still no service, we decided to leave and found better service elsewhere. This was my first and last time at this one star joint there are far better diners in the area.
