The reason for the one star is the portion are abysmally small. I mean ridiculously small, I spent $30 to get a two slices of white bread, a little bit of brisket, and some potato salad. I have spoken to neighbors about this that were thinking of going. Just save yourselves the experience and go to Buckee's.

My family & I are obsessed with their brisket baked potatoes! Today we had a small incident on missing a baked potato, but owner personally apologized & delivered our food! Food and customer service is 5/5 stars! Will continue to order their delicious food!

ordered JJ BBQ through UberEats and one of my items was missing. I called the restaurant directly, and the owner personally came and delivered my order to my house. That level of customer service is rare these days, and I really appreciated it. On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious! Great experience all around—I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Hey ya I'm back.. let me give you the 411 on this place here. This has been the best barbecue I have taste since I've been in Texas for the last 11 years. Now y'all know I'm a footery then I decided to get the baked potato and it's with turkey meat and it's barbecued and it is so delicious. OMG I had to make a personal phone call down there to the food truck and let him know I wanted to slap his mama, just like the seasoning 🤣 now don't get it misunderstood he don't use that seasoning but his food is off the chart. Go check him out he's a food truck but I really called to tell him he needs to move further into the city of Dallas and get one of his food trucks in every town 💗 I'm not really a pork eater so I can't say what's the barbecue it tastes like but if the turkey taste is good I can only imagine 👏🏿💯 go ahead and give him a try he's worth every penny in your pocket. Love y'all until next time

I ordered a brisket sandwich, a link sandwich, and a Texas Twinkie. The food was all delicious. The sandwiches have so much meat that I was able to make myself two sandwiches from each one. Great taste and great portions! I’m a Rudy’s bbq girl but man are they far and lack in flavor compared to J&J’s!
Update: I tried the 7up cake and it is soft, moist, absolutely incredible!! 🤤😍
