I ordered a brisket sandwich, a link sandwich, and a Texas Twinkie. The food was all delicious. The sandwiches have so much meat that I was able to make myself two sandwiches from each one. Great taste and great portions! I’m a Rudy’s bbq girl but man are they far and lack in flavor compared to J&J’s!

Update: I tried the 7up cake and it is soft, moist, absolutely incredible!! 🤤😍

I have been here twice and the food is always DELICIOUS!! The first time I had the lamb chop plate with baked beans and macaroni and cheese. Them Lamb Chops though… seasoned to perfection and tender! Baked beans were very good as well as the macaroni. The second time I tried the oxtails with a side of macaroni and greens. Everything was so good and it seems like the macaroni was even creamier than the last time! I even had leftover oxtail which I warmed up in the oven the next...
