Jersey Mike's Subs

This was my very first visit to a Jersey Mike’s, and at first I was honestly nervous. As soon as I saw the prep area and how many hands each sandwich passed through, I was scared and almost walked out without ordering. With celiac disease, cross-contamination is always a serious concern for me, and most restaurants don’t take it as seriously as they could.

But the team working around 5:30p Saturday (08/16), absolutely amazed me!!! At first mention of being celiac, they explained their entire process for handling my order safely. They changed gloves, opened new lettuce, and prepared everything with such care and confidence. It was clear they were educated about cross contamination and took every precaution.

What impressed me even more was their attitude — they weren’t just careful, they were genuinely happy to do it. In this day and age, it’s sad that more restaurants don’t take these steps, but Jersey Mike’s truly stood out. I left feeling my food was safe, cared for, and extremely impressed. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others!

But the team working around 5:30p yesterday (08/16), absolutely amazed me. Before I even had to ask, they explained their entire process for handling gluten safely. They changed gloves, opened new lettuce, and prepared everything with such care and confidence. It was clear they were educated about cross contamination and took every precaution. What impressed me even more was their attitude — they weren’t just careful, they were genuinely happy to do it. In this day and age, it’s sad that more restaurants don’t take these steps, but Jersey Mike’s truly stood out. I left feeling my food was safe, cared for, and extremely impressed. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others!

I was pleasantly surprised when the staff knew how to accommodate a person with celiac. Many establishments that offer gluten free bread arent always educated on cross contamination but this location was so educated and did everything right to ease my sister and allow her the option to have a sandwich. Its not often she can enjoy the same food as a non-celiac person so for the staff last night to know and be so understanding it was definitely a green flag and a place we can add to our list of gluten free locations. Thank you again to the staff last night that made my sister feel so comfortable that she could eat a sandwich and know she wouldnt end up sick.

Somehow they gave me the wrong order even though I was the only customer standing in line. Still #43 on rosemary parm is greatness no matter which location.

Shout out to the typing men working the line. Jax, Jackson, Isaac, and the guy running the grill(didn't get his name). Great attitudes and they're personable. Good job Jersey Mike's, give these guys a raise! We usually frequent the Rockwall location, but we'll be back !

I ordered online specifically what I wanted on each of my sandwiches. Out of three sandwiches only one was correct. I ordered a California club and two clubs. California club didn’t have advacodo but had mayo. One of the club had advocado and jalapeño. I did not order this way. My club should have had mayo extra bacon and jalapeño. The California club should have had advacodo and mustard with the other toppings. I am so disappointed with this location

Captain’s Log, Stardate not too long ago…

We set course for an uncharted deli quadrant known only in Earth records as Jersey Mike’s. Sensors indicated a high concentration of cold cuts, toasted buns, and… what the Vulcans refer to as “The Juice.” Intriguing.

As I entered the establishment, crew in tow, the atmosphere pulsed with sandwich energy. I approached the counter—commanding, yet courteous—and made my request: “Number 13. Mike’s Way.” The sandwich technician nodded, acknowledging the gravity of the order.

Red alert. The provolone—freshly sliced! Tomatoes layered with surgical precision. Oil and vinegar… deployed generously. My God… the oregano.

I bit in.

Time slowed. Stars blurred.

This wasn’t just lunch. This was a journey through the nebula of flavor. My taste buds? Transported to warp 9.

Conclusion: Jersey Mike’s isn’t just a sandwich shop. It’s a frontier. And I’ll boldly go… again.

I was kinda skeptical being from Philly what this sub would taste like, I actually was pleasantly surprised all fresh ingredients and the bread even though it was cut differently than Philadelphia was really soft and very tasty. A little more condiments than I'm used to just picked it off until my sub made sense. 8 out of 10

Jersey Mikes in Forney really stepped today & did me a huge solid. Respect to everyone working there.

I go here fairly often and I think they do a very good job. Sandwiches are always good….and sometimes amazing. Pleasant employees.

The white lady who made the sandwiches was so dry and unfriendly and barely put any meat on my sandwich… I’m not used to that from Jersey Mikes 🥴
