We ordered delivery for office meeting at our plumbing company here in Forney. The food was great, but what was even more impressive is they missed a call from us, called us back to make sure we were taken care of, and apologized they didn't get my phone call due to being busy. On top of that, 2 brownies and a bag of chips were missing, I told him it was okay he could refund it. The manager brought the missing items personally to our company and apologized in person. Customer service is everything, we all make mistakes but it is what you learn from it and how you make it right. They will continue to get our repeat business!

It was spotless inside and this was the best sandwich I’ve ever gotten from jjs. All of the modifications were correct and it was done fast.

They advertised serving pastrami sandwiches on the website. I was told they didn't serve pastrami sandwiches, I said it was advertised on the website, she just shrugged and looked off. I got a salami sandwich that was horrible.

The food was good, but the service was terrible. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed annoyed to be there. It really ruined the overall experience. I won’t go to this store ever again

Toasted is now an option! The toasted spicy Italian is great. The employees are kind and always get my order right.

There is a reasons that the Forney Jimmy John's has terrible reviews.

Customer service is terrible. Some of the people who work their are rude and take no pride in themselves or their work. I will not go there again or recommend them

This makes Two out of Two trips here where we did not receive what we ordered, how we ordered it.

CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE!

We paid to add meat to our sandwiches, and neither of them were prepared correctly. They refused to modify the Picklewich, so my wife just ordered a side of the ham to put it on there herself.

Since it was a SIDE, she was able to notice it was missing in the bag, but it wasn't until she got home that we found that they didn't put the added turkey on the Slim 1.

Freaky fast, freaky bad ERRORS!

I can't say enough positive things about this location. We placed an online order and became stuck in traffic just prior to closing time. We called and they were unbelievably gracious to stay a few extra minutes until we got there and then kindly gave our daughter an extra cookie at that. All with kind words and smiles on their faces! Sadly, you don't see service like that every day and I certainly wanted to give them the recognition! Thank you so much!

Hadn't had this since I left Virginia in 2020. Food was fresh and delicious. A bit pricey though

My receipt clearly says NO TOMATO..and this is not the first time they did this..
