This location specifically Ive had issues with the Kaufman location is great but everytime I order here it’s a bad experience, I normally order online ahead of time due to my job I travel locations or get a short break, I always place an order 30-35 mins before I leave to pick it up or am supposed to have it delivered. Each time there’s always something missing or they have yet to start it in the 30 mins it’s been placed. So it’s almost about 45- hour wait if I get delivery to even get my food because the dasher is waiting for so long. The staff is very friendly but I feel like they could use a little bit more training especially because each time I go it’s only highschool or younger adults there. Also lately the food has been looking like it’s a couple days old or not stored properly. My salads have a lot of brown in them and my sandwich bread has been stale .

Drive from Dallas to eat here.The salad always fresh and we are always full with the half n half meals.Also the dessert is a plus. This is a review from today's visit. We dine in today.Rainy around 60 degree today. Sitting eating it was getting colder inside place.We asked the girl if they could maybe turn heat on just for alittle bit. She told us that this location doesn't turn heat on days like this ever. They need the ac to keep the show cases with cupcakes in them to stay cold. They work with the room temperature. My daughter came back and told me that.Thats is a dumb thing to tell a customer. Guess that mean we need to stay freezing inside our homes so the Refrigerator keeps our food cold.??? Called location in Garland the girl said the owner likes it to stay around 71 degrees. Also was going to ask if she can make it warmer. I explained im at another location in Forney but knew what we was told rude to us was a joke. Might think twice going back to Forney store. Funny sign on door says hot soup. Won't be hot for long in cold store.

Very cute place! The people are super nice including the lady at the front. I totally spaced on her name. Also talked to one of the baker's the head baker and she is also very nice. They have about three or four keto items here. Tried the cake ball and the brownie and both are great! My only wish is that they made full size cakes or perhaps a giant cake ball for birthdays. Or maybe like a brownie cake? Just something to think about! Definitely need more sugar-free and keto options out here in Forney!If you don't have to mind your sugar I hear the salad soups and other bakery items are delicious they look amazing!

I ordered 2 avocado toasts from this bakery and my avocado tasted super rotten and my bread had mold in it. Super disappointed and disgusted with this bakery.

I've never had this issue with Latham but our food smelled of cleaning solutions - Fabuloso maybe, which made our food taste odd. I hopped online to see if I am the only one having this concern and it looks there is another similar experience. Unfortunately, we were not able to eat or drink what we ordered.We love your eatery - please look into this.
Fresh and beautiful! All the desserts and there are many to select from are amazing. The poblano soup is incredible and the chicken salad delicious. We tried cheesecake, lemon cake, the browny and they were all fantastic!!!! You've got to stop in and enjoy.

Really disappointing. I was so excited to learn I could get a bagel in Forney somewhere besides Starbucks. Came on a Sunday morning and it was NOT busy. Service was incredibly slow, only 2 people were in front of us. I only ordered a muffin and bagel. After a while my bagel came out, cold and raw. Not toasted. Why serve bagels untoasted? I could have got this at brookshires. I was not given the option of toasting it so I'm not sure if they do or not. 2 stars for the lovely appearance of the shop. Maybe I'll come back and try a sandwich one day.

This place would be great, but I really really hope they take into consideration that their food smells and tastes like cleaning solution. A bakery should smell like a bakery - not cleaning solution! You can taste it in your food. I’m sorry I really hope the shop owner reads this and makes a change!
