Love the food always. BUT whenever I called to place my order. They never pick up, or if they do they just tell me to “please hold” like if I wasn’t already. I’m currently on hold for 31 minutes and I came to order to see if it was busy. It wasn’t. But I walk in and see someone just standing at the register not doing much. I place my order. And I’m still waiting for it. My hold time is now 36minutes and I been here for 15.

Ordered delivery tonight and when box was opened pizzas were smashed and mangled like the whole order had been dropped. Not satisfied at all especially after being charged a delivery fee plus tipping the delivery driver. Would not recommend at this point.

Don’t order delivery. Delivery is thru DoorDash and they never care to make sure your order is complete to give to the driver. Always forgetting the soda and today they forgot 2/4 pizzas I paid for. What’s the point of ordering for delivery and paying for the fee if I have to go myself.
We called and wanted crazy bread well done. The person who answered said they don’t do that despite us getting it this way for years in various locations. She refused to do it so we didn’t order. Such a weird hill to stand on but we won’t be going back.

Definitely not the Little Caesars I remember. I bought 2 hot and ready pepperoni pizzas that were apparently old. They tasted like burnt cardboard. I remember little Caesars being saucy and loaded with gooey melted mozzarella. This was certainly not that. Everybody over cooks pizza these days. I don’t understand it. I will not be going back to Little Caesars. I have now written them off just as I have Domino’s. Frozen pizza would’ve been better than this garbage.
