Love it here! This place doesn't disappoint for a good country home cooking place. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly, came by to check on us and refill our coffee/drinks regularly. Prices are great too. Portions are pretty big, so it's perfect if you have a big appetite or if you want to share. Everything I've had here is what you expect and the taste is consistent.Plenty of free parking, clean restrooms, and most importantly nice and welcoming staff. Laid back atmosphere.

Today I ordered a cheese burger, expecting the juicy thick hamburger patty I usually get. This is one of the best cheese burgers in Forney in my opinion. I got a dried up overcooked patty with no flavor that was super thin. I told the cashier in hopes they will go back to the thick juicey patty. Otherwise the food here is really good. Hope there are no more changes in the food.

God bless America ! That what I was thinking when I dined in this fine diner . Everything was great coffee the meat lovers omelet , waitress was very good( big +) good atmosphere and it was very clean , and Sunday morning Rush. Can't wait to come back, in town working for the week . Back to FL .

Sometimes better than other times. Overbilled us last time. Occasionally slow service. Homecooked style is ok. Day in and day out, this is a very good place to get home cooking at fair price. Prices have gone up in the last year, so has everything else as well. The prices went up again. Might have to eat out less. I now eat there less than ever. Update: It now seems like eating here cost as much as other nicer places. Personnel are as good as anywhere. We ate there again today. Service and food were good like always.

Good service, chicken had no flavor. Pretty average offerings which were mediocre at best. I gravitated to this restaurant because it was Veteran owned and always willing to support small family operated businesses. Though the Service was good it didn't really make up for flavor I was expecting.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the warm and hospitable staff. The cozy ambiance of the place made us feel right at home. We were delighted to find that the food was not only well-seasoned but also cooked to perfection. We savored every bite of our meal, which was a true culinary delight. Towards the back of the restaurant, we discovered ample seating arrangements that were perfect for large family gatherings. All in all, it was a memorable dining experience that we would love to relive again.
