Ordered DoorDash to have something to eat by the time I got home from work. Dasher pulls up to explain that McDonald’s had my order when she got into the drive through, and by the time she got to the window it was missing.

Tried calling them with their listed number and it gets rejected automatically. Now I’m out of my dinner, and apparently cannot get a refund. Thanks for making my night worse!

One of the worst locations Ive doordashed for and been a customer of in the over 40 years of my life. That include all of dfw, out of state and out of country. TERRIBLE. They're slow, have attitude, and still get the order wrong after all that. Just aweful

Ordered through the app using a table tag, which sent my order to the wrong location. The manager refused to help or take responsibility, blaming me for not double-checking, even though the tag should ensure the correct store. Poor customer service and no resolution for my lost payment. Disappointing experience.

This manager is horrible and employees that work drive through. I was in line way before breakfast was over before 10:30am and I moved to the other line because the car in front of me took forever to order there food. It was barely 10:31am and they told me I couldn't get breakfast that it was lunch time so now my 4 kids were without breakfast. The reason I came was for breakfast not lunch. All they wanted was pancakes. How hard is that to make for them with just 1 minute pass 10:30am. And yes it pissed me off and I went off on them because that's just plane stupid.

Indoor playground, a huge bonus when hot outside!

Stopped here to allow child to play and eat a late lunch. Better playground which is music themed. Love that there is a bathroom in children's play area that is neat and clean. Noted several customers with incorrect order while waiting to get salt, pepper and ketchup. Our order was correct- but they only gave 3 napkins (must not have children- lol).

Every single time I have been to this location they will have you pull up out of the drive through and wait several minutes for even simple orders. Last time I ordered a McMuffin and it took 8 minutes for it to be brought out. Stop padding your drive through numbers by making people pull up and deal with the fact you have slow drive through service. I don't care how bad it makes the manager look.

This location needs a revamp. Every time I go, my order is incorrect, and this last time I had hair on my fries. The time prior I ordered a cheeseburger, and they covered it with mayo. Doesn't make any sense. Avoid, avoid, avoid unless you want your food contaminated.
