My kid was playing with his teddy bear and it landed on the top of the ceiling. An employee kindly climbed up a ladder to reach for it. It meant a lot for my kid because his teddy bear is his comfort object and for me as a mom because we all will be able to sleep! I don’t remember her name but I was surprised about how nice she was and helped us with something that someone else would have refused to do. New favorite location!

They did some updates recently to this place. Inside is clean, service is fast and friendly, food always comes out correct.But is this real food anymore? I cant continue in good conscious to feed my kids food from here. My son had left his cheese burger in my car. It had been like 3 weeks when I could finally find it and it looked exactly the way it does day one when you get it. No mold, no weird smell. Just a thought I wanted to share.

I am absolutely astounded by the night shift at this McDonald's. I am a doordasher, and was waiting for over 30 MINUTES for an order that I had for a customer. Due to employee's incompetence, I got a VIOLATION on my account and was only waiting for a FRAPPE. THE FOOD WAS ALREADY ON THE COUNTER. I go to this McDonald's often when I'm not working during morning/afternoons and the staff is exceptional, but I WILL NOT be returning during the nights. I should not hear staff shouting the n word every sentence and watching them chase each other around the kitchen while the manager watches and does NOTHING to stop them. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior and horrible management. If I could put zero stars, I would.

I’ve been using this McDonald’s for over 2 years, and it is consistently a terrible experience. It takes forever to get food. Even if I order a coffee I’m asked to pull forward into a waiting spot and I have to wait for 10 minutes. The fries are consistently old, stale and under salted. The chicken nuggets always have an old, chewy texture, and the burger patties are dry and lack flavor. When I order from Uber eats, I can guarantee my family that they won’t get any of the sauces or ketchup that we ordered. Lastly, I’ve learned to always check my order before I leave because it is consistently missing items. I’ve even gotten happy meals that don’t have the chicken nuggets or fries! I wish I could give this McDonald’s negative stars. Save yourself a headache and go to the other McDonald’s in Forney.
