I had a mobile order before I got there, I went through the drive-thru and made an additional separate purchase. My order at the drive-thru was ready quickly, I had to wait for a long time for the mobile order and ask again to remind them.

Went here for a lil date with my hubby before work and placed my order on the kiosk, food was cold even though it came out fast was very disappointed, lots of things out of stock, and the food was so dry i had to literally chug my drink, staff talking very loudly on phone when we arrived, spoke to a staff said to him have a good rest of your day brother couldnt even respond, atp js go to the Terrell location, the food is ALWAYS hot and some of the best staff, even though i knew the reviews were bad here js wanted to give it a shot, and on top of everything hubby ordered 2 mchickens non spicy yet somehow ended up with 2 spicy mcchickens

McDonalds = substandard. It’s not just this location, it’s all of them. The only thing I like is the oatmeal and sometimes the coffee but even that has been ruined now. They dilute the coffee to save on cost. There was a time when their French fries were actually fresh and crispy but now they are not. Their meat products are questionable. I’m not even sure it’s really beef in those Big Macs. The chicken nuggets are rubbery and probably popped in the microwave. I guess the reason why people eat here is because it’s cheap but you might just be better off eating at home.

This is the 4th time my take out order was wrong. I always get the big breakfast with pancakes. This last order I am missing hash browns, syrup, butter, silverware, napkins. If you decide to use this location, check your order every time.

I recently visited the McDonald's in Forney and was somewhat disappointed with the experience. The food was the usual McDonald's fare, but it took a long time to receive our order, even though it wasn’t very busy. When we did get our food, some of the items weren’t as fresh as we’re used to—fries were lukewarm, and the burger seemed hastily put together. The staff was friendly, which was nice, but the overall experience fell short of what I expect, even for fast food. Hoping they can improve on consistency and speed.

I ordered a McChicken scan my bar code to get points paid 2.50 for sandwich and person at windown took 3000 points from my app. Food was also cold I won’t be returning to this McDonald’s

VERY disappointed with this location. I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup. When I arrived, I no longer had the option to enter the curbside number and the order showed complete in my app (as if I had already picked it up). I went thru the drivethru to tell them of the issue, and all I was told was that they didn't have the order in their system. I told them i have the order history in the app itself AS WELL as the email order confirmation (see pic) with all the details - but they continued to tell me that they could not fulfill my order. The person said something about getting a refund within 48 hours - however, it's been past that and it's still a charge on my credit card.

This is the SECOND time this has happened and from what I'm seeing in the other reviews, it's happening to others as well. I will not be going to this location ever again.

I waited for 30 to 45 minutes at the register before I got someone to take my order. The employees that were there would look at me and then turn their heads away and no one acknowledge me or greeted me. Someone could and should have said someone will be with you shortly or something. Then other customers started to come to the line and we all still waited to get help until I went back and called out and asked if we could order at the register, could we get some help,and then they shouted for an employee to come and finally take orders. The service was molasses slow.
